I love the bass. It’s tone, feel and size. It’s a joy to play. The finish is immaculate. The rolled edges on the freeboard is slick and highly playable. Pickups, good. Body is heavy but I don’t mind as I’ma big dude. I did have to adjust the action and checked every screw. I took every knob off and re-seated them as they all were just ever so slightly off. I have yet to get those factory strings off, I’m going to throw some 66 Swings on it. Overall, I’m very happy and look forward to playing this guitar for many many years.
Update. Put Rotosounds 66s on and it made all the difference. Now I can’t stop playing it. Perfect for slap, finger and pick playing.
