It’s adorable-I just expected the finish to be shinier like the photo. It’s seriously matte but I guess it’s ok? Not sure if I’ll need to varnish it. The strings look good There was an Aquila label......The pegs stay put so it’s defintely worth the extra $10 for that.
It came with 2 picks, a strap and a electronic tuner. Pretty cool.
The only real issue so far is the plastic nut bridge on the bottom. As I got better and played chords and faster notes, the strings slid around and made weird sounds. I replaced it with a bone nut and got much better sound. That was another $8 but since this means I got a uke, tuner, case, picks and strap for less than $50 I can’t really complain.
The plastic bridge on the neck is ok. The body is good, the tuning pegs are the best I’ve seen on a use of this price point. I really appreciate it came with the tuner.
