    Compared to other brands I have tried, this cork greaser is more firm. I prefer this for application. Some cork grease gets too soft during the summer months with warm weather. This one remains easier to apply. Of course, this characteristic is a matter of personal preference.

    Cork grease is the same no matter the brand. Rico is a decent brand, they even make passable reeds (provided you use a trimmer)
