I've owned plenty of basses and played many more. I've been playing Bass for 40 years. I play in a working band. The Schecter Stiletto Custom-4 is the best bass I've ever owned or played. The pickups are perfect. You can get whatever sound you want with the electronics. The substain is the best I've heard. I have a strong feeling this Bass is going to rise in price because the quality of this bass just happened when whoever designed it, designed it. As time goes on I can see this bass rising in price because the quality is as good as I've heard and the playability is the best I've had. I still own a Fender and an Ibanez . I just take one of them with me for a backup when we play out. I haven't even looked at them out of their cases since I received and played and heard the Stiletto Custom-4. We play Rock, Country, and some R&B tunes. I can get whatever sound I want and this Bass really makes a difference. I could keep writing about how great this bass is. I'll just end with saying " This bass is amazing and if you are considering getting a new bass I highly recommend the Stiletto Custom-4." PS: " Don't wait to long making your decision about buying because if I were this company the price would go way up on this Bass". Today. ! "Just saying" Actually a Bass should be called Base because a Bass is a fish . Buy this Base you won't be disappointed , you'll be one of the lucky ones because this base is going up in price. Besides the price, you need this bass anyway so you can help your entire band sound better !
