This recorder does the job, looks good, and is priced about as low as it can get.
I wanted to see if playing the recorder as an adult would be more fun than being forced to as a child and thanks to its simplicity and affordability, I was able to give this one a shot without spending a lot of money.
I was able to play a few tunes within minutes ~ my breath control and fingering need some serious help before I'd play in front of others but the instrument demonstrated that its easily playable with clear notes.
If you or someone you know is looking to experiment with a new instrument OR maybe you have a nice recorder and want to have something that you can hike with without worrying much about damage then this recorder is for you.
What I like ~
• Fit and finish of product is very good. Joints are tight with no leaks.
• Easy assembly and cleaning. Cleaning rod is included.
• Instructions along with a simple guide for notes is included (but you are better off going online for lessons)
• Package makes a good home as it holds everything. Better cases are available but they cost more than this recorder.
What I do not like ~ (no deal breakers)
• At this price point, I shouldn't ask for a cleaning cloth but I still wished it came with one.
