This bench is marketed as a keyboard bench; however, I purchased it to use while camping. It is great to put on the outside of the dining table indoors or a picnic table outdoors, as it eliminates the need to "climb" in and out of a dinette area or over the cross brace on outdoor picnic tables at some campgrounds.

The padding is firm and thick and the cover seems durable. The legs fold for easy storage and the weight is not excessive (if camper payload weight is a concern).I would definitely purchase this again should the need arise.

I searched to find the "tallest" keyboard bench possible for my daughter since she's quite petite, and she was seated too low for proper posture at our piano. (Note: my piano bench height isn't adjustable.) The bench was super easy to assemble and adjusting the height seems like it wouldn't be too hard but does take a bit more time than some other options (I've used other ones where you just pull a spring-loaded screw back and adjust it to another hole).. But honestly, it's fine as I mainly just use this for my kids and move the lightweight bench aside when I use my regular piano bench. one small gripe (that I kind of knew might happen) is that the bench is quite prone to tipping when set to its highest position. There's been a few times where my kids are jokingly/purposely or accidentally leaning to one side, and the bench threatens to top over lest I catch it. My son didn't appreciate it; my daughter just shrugs.

If you have small kids and you are concerned that your kids will destroy a new piano chair, then here is a great option. It is very sturdy and holding up to two young aspiring pianists. Our music room also serves as a game room, so it can get a little dicey in there at times with rough housing.

Our bench for our piano at church was MIA. This was the perfect size and price and was next day delivery. Easy to put together and was actually pretty comfortable. Great buy!

We had another seat that worked fine - until a heavy guest sat on it and the legs folded under the guest and she fell to the floor. This one bears more weight and the seat is thicker and more comfortable. I'm thinking about purchasing another one for the back entry to sit down on to put on shoes.
