    I love this, the reverb is amazing! I bought the 10in because I already have a smaller 6in from another company, and I definitely recommend the 10in for adult or children. I gifted the 6in to my little sister, shes had so much fun with it, it just wasn’t the sound I wanted. HOWEVER the 10in is perfect!!! It’s the prefect size to store & carry around, I love the shoulder strap my other didn’t come with one. I love the color & tune, it’s beautiful. It’s super easy to use very functional, I’ve already learned a couple of the songs; Twinkle-Twinkle Little Star, See you again, & a couple others.

    I shopped for a few weeks trying to choose just the right steel tongue drum and am so glad I chose this one. It came packaged securely. It has a very nice double zippered, padded bag that has a sturdy, comfortable handle and adjustable strap. Really is a great bag. Tongues/keys are numbered already but they do give you 2 strips of replacement numbers. Chunky rubber feet and a belly plug ( I have not tried to take it out yet.) and the key is on the belly marked with a D by the sound holes.
    With 2 sets of mallets, 2 sets of finger pads, and a little music book you are ready to play by yourself or with a friend. Our drum was pretty much in tune straight out of the bag.
    I leave it out on the ottoman and no one can resist stopping to play a bit before moving on to what they were doing. It is easy to learn ( from the book and by ear) and easy to make up your own beautiful, relaxing tunes. We never get tired of hearing it played. Very relaxing and de stressing. So glad I talked my husband into this one! Love this drum set.

    Tones are lovely, maybe 1 is a little tinny. But if you're buying this for kids, or you're not a concert drummer this is a great start. I love it! I use it during sound immersions/meditations and it's a great addition without breaking the bank. Two sets of mallets come with it so two people can play at the same time. Finger things also, which I don't use, so won't speak about, and a case. If they had a pocket for the mallets, that would have been great. I tested tones and they are spot on. This drum is great to play and it's hard to "make a mistake", musically. I do have some music back ground, so I understand how to play this. I could follow sheet music but it's of no concern to me to have. Also the tongues can be manipulated if need be, as explained in the directions. I did not need to. I was nervous about choosing a drum and held off but I'm very happy I hit the "go" button. If you become serious about hang/tongue drums but aren't sure, try this first, because it's easy, affordable, transportable, etc There are many other drums that are in different keys and sizes and can cost hundreds of dollars, so if you are just starting out, consider this. Plus with Amazon if you get a dud, which happens now and again, you can send it back. Win-win!

    This drum is so soothing to listen to. I look forward to more time spent learning to play it, but for now, just striking its keys is a lovely experience.

    I like how this 12 inch drum sounds. It has a good volume and a long lasting resonance. I love the color and how easy it is to use your hands to make music. Don't judge my video lol. That was one handed holding the camera with the other outside on a swing. Don't play with your hands? Don't worry it comes with mallets which makes the drum even louder. It does have some weight to it so it is good it comes with a carrying case. It makes bringing it with me easier. Out of all the 12 to 14 inch drums this is the most spot on in tonality. I enjoy playing this every morning when I get up and every chance I get during the day. This is a good price for such sound quality. I have paid way more and got less. So happy to fine this nice 12 inch drum. You will be very happy too if you buy this drum. Enjoy!

    First of all, what I like about this drum. There are several drums that look just like this one and they are all higher in price. I think they are identical to this one so why pay more? This Drum came with a couple of extras: two sets of drumsticks which are excellent in quality and a little drum stick rest thingie, a drum case also excellent, 10 finger knobs - not- 5- as in other drums, a really nice song book and some extra number stickers. Everything seems to be of high quality.
    Now the things I didn't like as much. This is more of a toy than a musical instrument, but to be fair, it is a chance to have a hang drum at a reasonable price. The sound isn't big. Most of the notes sound good but it depends on where you strike them. A couple notes are flat or not as pleasant as the rest. However, there are instructions on how to tune the notes and what musical instrument does not require tuning? I would say that if you want a hang drum and can't pay for a larger size, out of all that are available this is a good buy.
