    The guitar is great quality, tunes easily and the tuner included is easy to use. Beautiful black although the sticker placement is kind of a pain. Guitar handles nicely and learning to play different chords. Accessories were not included in original shipment but reached out and they were mailed out quickly and arrived within the week. Customer service checked in to make sure I received them. I don't know alot about guitars but Customer service is A+.

    The package arrived and all the pieces were included and the guitar itself was in perfect shape.
    Then I got a little suspicious. The fret markings on the neck were small and the high E string busted when I tried to tune the guitar. The nut on the replacement string also came off, and it still may be lodged somewhere within the guitar. I went and bought a good replacement string at the local music store.
    Now I've been playing the guitar for a week, and I have never played a better one! The action is great; I can do bar chords on the low frets -- this was always a problem for me when I played on other guitars. And the sound is beautiful (even with my playing!).
    This is the perfect guitar for a beginner like me!

    Not able to tune. Tuner included is for a ukulele but could possibly work. Also had loose fret and bad E string. Spent a little extra and took it to a music shop and had new strings put on and hand them fix issues and tune but that being said it’s still a beautiful guitar

    I bought this guitar package for my daughter, and she has loved it and played it daily for some time now. It sounds great and has been easy for her to learn how to play on. If you are looking for a nice guitar, this is your pick!!!!

    All in all it seems to be a very nice guitar. The black finish is beautiful and the sound quality is impressive for the price. I also like the face that it came with several accessories that makes it a better value. It was a Christmas present for my youngest daughter and she Loves It!. The only flaw I've noticed is it's missing the metal peg on the neck to attach a strap end to. It has the one on the bottom end. It must have missed a step in the manufacturing process. That's why I gave craftsmanship a 4 star rating. Otherwise it a beautiful instrument. I doubt if we will send it back for that reason alone. For the most part she plays while sitting, so it's not really an issue.

    Seller gives you garbage and then takes a $35 restocking fee. Don't waste your time buy from a local shop. at least you know its worth it.
