    This is a great value for beginners. Overall, the construction is a well made electric guitar. I would liked to had had one of these guitars when I was starting out. Youtube is full of helpful advice in setting up and tweaking this guitar to play well. The amp is adequate. All and all, Not Bad, BUT: 1) Buy a decent quality set of strings and put them on immediately! You will save yourself chasing down weird sounds. I used an ice pick and small hammer to get the small ball ends out. 2) A clip on tuner is a must. My middle pick up made a lot of buzz noise when selected, so I wrapped a long bread type twist tie with enough bare around the adjusting screw and saddle to ground noise. 3) A capo, picks, guitar stand, etc...will be helpful. For prime members, note that if something is a return issue you may have to pay shipping and Amazon does not have much say to the vendor about refunds. Customer service is not all that and the reason I am giving this a 4 star.

    Thanks ktaxon, for providing the a-typical marketing lie. Not getting what was paid for. The guitar head isn't blank. Pics suggest otherwise. Just another lie to get you to buy from them and send you something direct from glarry instead. Just expect whatever they can send you. At least the guitar isn't ugly. Just specifically disappointed with the distinguished fact of lying. If it's no big deal then just make it right. But instead I am offered a 10 dollar refund... how's that fix the name on the stock head in any way whatsoever???

    So I honestly got this cuz I hadn't owned a guitar in a very long time and this thing is very good I owned an old Ibanez that was black that mimicked this body style came in felt solid strings feel really good the amp is an amazing but it's definitely good enough if say someone is first starting or a good little travel amp this thing is perfect having an AUX port and a headphone port on it is great so far no issues cord doesn't seem to be the most expensive but so far hasn't given out on me quick note I would not crank the amp this thing's not really made to be plated full blast so it may blow the speaker out if you do that but for the price this thing is phenomenal

    As a flamenco player, I got this as a first electric guitar to take apart and see how they work. What arrived was actually very playable. I ended up replacing the tuners and strings, but otherwise left it unchanged. I did give way the Amp. The photo didn't show any brand, but what I got was branded as Glarry.
