    These Kashaka shakers feel like they're well-made, and have a good sound to them. As a non-percussionist, the motions to play these aren't the most intuitive, but the basics are easy enough. Maybe someday I'll get the hang of these things, but for now they're a nice addition to the box of various percussion instruments that I keep in the studio for future use.

    these are definitely going to take some time to learn, but they are a great fidget in the meantime. I'm giving them a four because they are a good beginner tool. my guess is you are really good at these you probably want some that are not made from plastic.
    You will need to find a video online to help you learn how to adjust them to fit your hands.

    I learned about these instruments watching a MEZERG & WAAGAL video on youtube. It's a very unique percussive instrument and very fun to use. One word of warning - these are not EASY to use well. It's very easy to make sound with them, but getting them to do what you want has a bit of a learning curve.

    I’m always searching for a new fidget for my autistic grandson. I was hopeful this might be a winner. After receiving them I realized it’s going to take a lot more skill than what he’s capable of. I also tried. If you’ve got the patience to learn and the time to practice, maybe only then would this purchase be successful.
