5.0 out of 5 stars A lot of guitar picks for the price

IMO the quality of these picks is just as good as the Fender picks I've used since the 80s. I like the variety of colors, most of which match the color of several of my guitars that I couldn't find matching Fender picks for. These picks do have a very strong chemical odor as others have mentioned. I suggest laying them out in the open to let them air out for several days before using them if the smell is too strong for you. The picks that I've been using for a few weeks no longer have that chemical smell.

What can you say? They're picks and you get a lot of 'em for very little money. I bought the "thins" version, which seem just a tiny bit thinner than Fender thins. Because of this, they are a tiny bit more likely to break in the middle of your Spinal Tap-esque solo. I'm not a great player, but what I lack in skill I make up for by hitting the strings very hard. Even so, I most often get through four noisy sets without breaking one of these picks.

In fact, in the month or so I've been using them, I think I've only cracked one, which is about average for me, so maybe they're more durable than I'm giving them credit for. They just feel a bit flimsy.

They come in a wide variety of bright colors and are pretty attractive, as picks go. The only real downside: they STINK! Good God Almighty, do they stink. I'm not sure what recycled plastic they use to make these, but I can only assume it comes from the soles of sandals worn by former Pharaohs who have been embalmed, mummified and rotting underground for 2,500 years. Phew! Seriously, though, it's a strong, stinky, plastic-y smell that is not ever going to be mistaken for roses.

I'm hoping the smell goes away after a while. But honestly, it's not TOO terrible, so long as you keep your nose away from the Ziplock bag (my recommendation) you're keeping them in. I've been carrying about 50 picks (in bags) in all my guitar cases for the past month, and the smell hasn't spread to the guitar/case in that time, so that's really not a worry.

Bottom line: For the money, why not?

5.0 out of 5 stars Versatility and quality, nice to have.

Having the variations of flex all in one purchase is awesome. The quality is very good, too.
Some of the other music folks around me love the colors and I've gifted a few.

Thickness are standard. I play guitar and bass so I use the thin and thick, mediums are back-ups.
Size is fine and I have thick stubby fingers.
The grip is a but of a problem but it a player not a product flaw. I tend to spin almost any pick while playing. A quick rough up with an abrasive fixes that.

Overall excellent purchase and will be gifting some for Christmas.

I’m planning on making guitar pic flowers for my boyfriend for Valentine’s Day. And these seem to be the best durability. The stem of the flower is going to be guitar string. I just need to find a vase.

Bad chemical smell upon opening. Needed to air out outside for at least a day. Many broken. But still a decent deal.
