    I first bought a $40 tenor uke that showed good reviews. The string/fret action was bad. A string would touch and play at a fret beyond the get pressed. Got this tenor uke and it plays wonderfully at every fret. This one is a quality instrument and sounds great both unplugged and plugged into amp.

    This ukulele is such a worthwhile buy! I've only had it for about a day so I can't speak for it's durability but from what I have used of it it's amazing! I've been playing ukulele for about 3 years now and all this time I've only used my two soprano ukes, so recently I had some spare cash and I decided I wanted to play with something a little bit bigger, and so after some browsing I found this one for such a good price. I ordered it and then later worried that it might be bad because there wasn't any reviews, but I'm an optimist with faith in humanity so I trusted the seller would deliver. And not only did they deliver a well made tenor ukulele with so many additional parts such as a carrying bag, extra strings, picks and a pick holder, a really good capo, a tuner, a pickup already installed, and strangely a kazoo (which I didn't even think belonged but I was welcome for), but they also deliver excellent customer service seeing as how they e-mailed a day before saying that they would be there for any help I needed. The only problem that I really have is that I don't really like the floral design around the hole, but that just aesthetic and what I'll have to deal with because I wanted to purchase cheap.

    TL;DR worth the purchase and I would definitely consider buying from the seller again.

    It's a nice little uke.. but the electric pickup is not working..I rated it 3 stars at first.. because the pick up did not work.

    I took the 4 screws out of control box ON side
    And found the cable to pick up
    Not plugged in.. all the way..

    It sounds great. works now
    But It's only 4 stars when I HAVE TO FIX A NEW THING.. Please do better at Quality Control.

    This ukelele is a beautiful instrument with a mellow sound. All the extras are an added bonus. The bag, the strap, the capo, picks, tuner, extra set of strings and amp connection cord are all very nice quality items. You are set to play when your package arrives. I am really happy with my choice. I can play acoustically with the built in EQ or I can add a small amp for extra volume. And all done with nylon strings. My fingers love the feel and easy play ability of my new tenor ukelele.

    This is my 2nd uke after I bought a cheaper one to see how easy it would be to learn. Very easy to learn.
    I bought this one for the price and everything you got with it. Very happy about that part.
    The part I’m not too happy with is the electronics are wired backwards and 0 is full volume. I can deal with it but it is a slight pain. Other than that it is a good deal. My old uke is going to my 3 year old granddaughter so I can teach her music.

    Overall the instrument is ok, but the accessory bag that came with it was for electric guitar NOT UKULELE. Thus the low rating. See photo. So the manual, capo, strings and strap are useless for the ukulele. When I tried the chat function they wanted me to send it all back. It came in a large box and the time and effort to send it back was not worth it. Would have been better to just swap for the correct accessory bag. Certainly the QA process needs improvement.

    UPDATE: I got the replacement kit bag today and I consider this a perfect customer service action. Everything is now perfect thus a 5 star rating. Thank you!!
