I got these to use in the shoeboxes for Operation Christmas Child, and I was honestly very impressed with the quality for such a low cost! They each come in their own sleeve and come with a cleaning tool. Very happy with this purchase.

Purchased for grand and great grand children.
Sound is ok and I think they're great starter for ultra young musicians.

4.0 out of 5 stars Low quality but gets the job done

Their intonation is not the best by any means. Don't expect your kids to place in tune in these, but honestly, they probably wouldn't anyways so it's not that big of an issue. I have labels that I put on them but they struggle to stay on

Picked these up to play with the kids. Sound is ok. Instruction sheet describing fingering was helpful.

5.0 out of 5 stars Hot Cross Buns
Reviewed in the United States on July 15, 2023
I might be the most inexperienced music teacher ever but I like these recorders! I volunteer to teach at a little one-room schoolhouse in Cuellaje, Ecuador near our coffee farm. The real teacher wished that the students could learn music and I told her I would try to help and ordered these recorders. They have held up well and in the last 6 months we haven't had any of them break. I have only taught the students Hot Cross Buns and we are working on Mary Had a Little Lamb. Now they want us to perform Hot Cross Buns for a fiesta in front of lots of people in August. I'm not kidding about this. Thankfully, these are good quality.

1.0 out of 5 stars Cheap

They're super cheap quality. Junk in my Opinion. I bought them for me and 2 of my coworkers to annoy everyone else with so that's all they're good for. Otherwise if your wanting to learn how to play. Buy a real quality one. Mass produced junk I don't think will last

5.0 out of 5 stars They are good for beginners

Of course the sound is not as good as a more expensive one, but is good enough for teaching kids how to play.

3.0 out of 5 stars **Not Ideal for Classroom Instruction, But Okay as a Reward**
Reviewed in the United States on August 18, 2024
These recorders are definitely not the best quality, especially when it comes to pitch. They don’t match up well with other recorders, which makes them unsuitable for any serious classroom instruction or group performances. The sound quality is inconsistent, and they can be frustrating for students who are trying to learn how to play correctly.

However, if you’re just looking for a simple, inexpensive reward or something to give kids for fun, these could work. They’re okay for letting kids explore the basics of music or just have a bit of fun making noise. But for anything beyond that, I’d recommend investing in a better-quality recorder that can hold pitch and offer a more reliable playing experience.
