I bought 3 different karaoke machines and this one was the best out of the 3 and the only one I kept! The others two was the same price and the other was twice the price but this JYX one was better in quality than both of them. The sound is booming and fills the room really nicely. I love that it comes with two wireless microphones that don't even need to be paired, they just work when they're turned on. We have a larger room where this is used and is perfect because the singers can be close up, in different chairs, or in the back and it all works well. We've gotten several compliments from friends on the material, look, style, and sound. It also works well as a portable bluetooth speaker, paring with our phones to play music outside. Definitely would buy this one again

Got this to project voice during a celebration of life with over 100 guests. The sound is really good when everyone is listening, but it's not quite loud enough to break through the noise of conversations. Luckily for me this unit came with a nice strap so I slung it over my shoulder and walked through the crowd with the microphone to get everyone's attention before starting. It was so comfortable like that I just kept it on that way while I spoke. This unit is rechargeable via usb, so the wireless-ness of it is nice. The microphones are nice and sturdy and they take AA batteries and the battery life is pretty good. They got me through almost 2 full nights of karaoke before I had to replace them. Both microphones have been dropped unfortunately more than once and miraculously they didn't break or dent or scratch or quit working. This set is made to last. The bluetooth connects really quick and easy. We bounced it around between multiple phones and DJs in a night. The microphones connect automatically - there is no process to connect them. The controls on the main unit are easy to use - volume, echo, bass, treble. And there is a mixer dial that adjusts the mix between the music and the microphone. I really like this set and would highly recommend it as an affordable and fun to use piece of equipment.

I used the JYX Karaoke Machine at a big show, featuring 48 non-profit organizations at our local community center. Several hundred people attended. To be honest I was nervous about setting up and running the 'music' and had my daughter work with the public on their choice of music -- she and the machine performed beautifully. I also bought one of the colorful, flashing lights to go along with the evening's festivities. Everyone smiled and enjoyed the colorful, musical show.

For the price I wish the build quality was a little better - the plastic seems very cheap.

Mics are sensitive to handling sounds just from holding. At the same time, you pretty much need to have your lips touching the top for your voice to be picked up optimally.

Sound quality. It's not the worst, but it could be better. Bass is not great and it just has that generic Bluetooth speaker sound. For karaoke I'd say it's not a huge deal. For any other application where sound matters, I fell like I get better sound out of my $30 handheld Earfun Uboom Bluetooth speaker.

Overall, for Karaoke, great! As a speaker for other applications, I'd do some more research.

I would like to commend the store and Amazon for everything being as advertised, and for the speedy delivery. This is a great product, I received it yesterday, and the packaging was good, I don't have any complaints, because it didn't have any damage from shipping. it's really very nice especially with the lights, the sound is good , but you can't stand close to it with the microphone on. Bluetooth works good, remote works good, the strap is an added plus to this very nice speaker, and the space on top for your phone just makes it just that much more attractive. I would definitely recommend this for speaking engagements, events, church or any occasion where you need a good speaker, thanks for another enjoyable shopping experience Amazon.

I had a birthday party that needed a microphone and speaker. I ordered it and got it the same day! The low price was a bit concerning because I didn't want junk. Well, you'll be glad to know that this speaker/microphone set blew my mind. It was perfect. So many ways to connect. The sound was amazing. You can adjust the bass/treble. The LED are nice and you can turn them off! Lightweight and portable. The change lasted about 7 hours which was awesome. Highly recommend!

My family loves this machine. It has made an appearance at so many gatherings and pre-games. Only thing is, I wish there was a way to see how much charge was still available or at least a better low-battery notification. I've also bought to more mic to add to the experience but the audio quality of the new mics just aren't the same to the orginal two. I'm not sure if its the mics or the connecitivity but still worth the addtional buy to include more people in the singing.

If you were second guessing this purchase please do not!! I have had many karaoke machines but this is by far the best!!!! The Bluetooth speaker alone is amazing! The speaker gets really loud with a great bass. The two microphones allow you to entertain from a distance. Very easy to use & easily carried to entertain anywhere! Highly recommended.
