I ordered this for my grandson that recently started piano lessons. This type with weighted keys recommended by his teacher. He loves being to practice at home now.

This ad states "Semi-Weighted Keys" - NOT TRUE! - TOTAL FALSE! - The sounds are good, but they come from a computer chip, like any inexpensive keyboard would have - and cheap computer chips are mass-produced outside US. This company just designed and built an "Electric [Semi-Weighted-Keys] Piano" around this chip. They threw in a "Keyboard Stand" because they felt guilty in justifying the price tag. And you don't have to believe me - just go ahead and buy it - and see for yourself. Once you touch the keys - I doubt you'll be able to play this thing. But this product is manufactured like a really cheap useless toy. Even cheap toys are made better than this thing!? Whomever is responsible for allowing such low level of poor quality to be produced, should be fired! If you cannot tell the difference between good and poor quality - try Mc Burger's. They're hiring right now!

Setup was fairly easy. Plugged in the power supply and all went well. We then had to move it temporarily to another location and the disappointment began! When removing the power supply, half of the connector broke off and we had to use a tool to pull it out. Now no a/c power! We then went to the battery compartment, removed the screw, took off the cover, and another defect, no springs in the first two compartments! Finally, when putting the battery cover on, the end just snapped off! See all pics.....

We bought this for our son for Christmas & it was completely non functional by Valentines Day. Less than two months it worked great and then just stopped. There was no power to it at all. I contacted the seller and they were completely unwilling to help at all. Wouldn’t even send out a new power cord to see if that could be the issue and just stopped responding to me. Now we have a dead keyboard we spent money on and have to purchase another one for piano lessons. If I could give zero stars I would! Awful experience!!!

This product came damage and some of the keys did not work. The product came late, and the package box was damaged. Once I opened the package, I also discovered that the ac/dc chord was missing and had to purchases one. I am requesting for an exchange keyboard that works.
