I've been playing this new EastRock Concert ukulele for about a week and love the warm tone and resonance of this instrument. It has really good sustain and simply sounds very full and darker than my other ukuleles--very pleasing! The craftsmanship is very nice! The Sapele wood is absolutely beautiful! The ukulele has a very classic look with white binding, closed geared tuners, bone nut and saddle and I'm not sure if the bridge and fingerboard are ebony or rosewood, but the quality is quite nice. There are side fret markers at frets 5, 7, 10, 12 & 15, and there is a strap button! The ukulele comes with everything you need to get started. You get a digital tuner that is very accurate, picks, a polishing cloth, really really nice strap, extra strings and a tie-string bag to keep all your accessories....and something I did not have, a little finger shaker or sand hammer, which is really fun to play with for some added percussion while you strum! They also ship the ukulele in a very nice padded gig bag with large pocket, padded handle and double shoulder straps! This bag is nicer than those of my higher end ukuleles. EastRock went all out! What fun and great introduction to music!
I ordered this EASTROCK ukulele for her and held my fingers crossed ( you know with under $100 instruments)!
What a shock! The quality and tone!
I'm ordering one for myself right now.
I don't see how you can beat this deal: fine instrument,, nice gig bag, TUNER!!, strings, capo, finger shaker, strap!!
I only included the pic because it shows a body button for the strap which is not on the instrument.
I'm including a set of buttons with my ukulele order as I prefer this fitting to a tie on, but that is no biggie compared to the extras in this deal!
