I love the violin and bow hooks on this music stand, as it keeps my instrument handy.

This is the first music stand I've had, so I can't compare it to any others, but I am happy with this purchase. It has a full back, which is more supportive, I think, than the ones with just a frame would be. There are good clips to hold loose pages and to keep the music book open. The height is adjustable for when I am sitting or standing. And it comes with its own carrying bags, but I haven't yet needed to disassemble it for travel. It was easy enough to put together, quite intuitive, so I don't think taking it apart and reassembling it would be difficult. But by far my favorite features of this stand are the violin and bow hooks, which allow me to keep my instrument out of the case while at home, within easy reach for practice. I've had no issues with it tilting over or coming apart, even though I have moved it around quite a bit at home. And, when the time comes to perform, I feel that this has a nice look to it, sturdy, solid.

I love this music stand! It assembles and disassembles with such ease that I can take it with me anywhere I'm going to play music.

The carry case makes it so much easier to transport opposed to not having a case. It's nice and lightweight so when you're juggling your instrument, music books, purse, etc. you will have no issues.

It is very sturdy and can handle a good amount of weight on it. I've had a music book plus my tablet, which has music on it, and it holds up perfectly.

The page holders have a good range of movement so if I have a book it will hold the pages, if i don't have a book I can put them under the book holder ledge and they are put of the way.

Height wise, I've used it sitting on varying sized chairs and standing, I'm 5'3 and I have the stand at eye level. It can go taller than me and has so many settings for the height it's perfect for everyone.

This stand is far better than the wire stands, however it is still a little flimsy and doesn't compare to the sturdy ones you can practice on at a school or professional setting. It does the job though! Comes with a few extra things like a stand light and music clip which is pretty cool. If your stand is a safe place, I would feel comfortable letting my instrument hang on the hook it comes with, but if there are kids around, It's not sturdy enough to hold and not fall over. Great price!

Bought this for my 11 year old daughter who has taken up Violin. The stand arrived in perfect im condition, was easy to put together and came with a music note clip as well as a light. She doesn’t use the light so I’m not sure of the quality of that but the stand is perfectly functional for what it’s meant for. Holds her music in place. The stand is adjustable height wise and the you can flip the top down as well. Pictures attached. It does have the spot to attach the violin as well but hers is not on there right now.

The overall assembly is very sturdy, even the violin holder but the book stand is a little fragile compared to the rest of the stand. It folds and stores in a provided bag for easy transportation. Good for the price. The delivery was fast and early.

Assembly is a little confusing at first but easy once you've done it a time or two. My only real complaint is that the bottom lip which holds the music is quite shallow making it difficult to place a standard sized orchestra folder on it without fear of knocking it off accidentally. Also, the wires attached at the bottom of the lip are meant to secure the music in an outdoor setting but simply get in the way indoors. It would be good if these wires were easily removable. Portability is quite good. Nice carrying case. Height adjustments are overall sturdiness are good. Price is reasonable. Overall, good value for the money.

This amazing music stand has everything you need. Playing outside is not a problem because it's sturdy even though it is lightweight. It goes together quickly, and I love how the page holders do the job. Now to have lights on a music stand? Deluxe all the way! I have never seen all this on a music stand. I probably won't stack things on it, but I'm betting it is strong enough to do that too. I am impressed with the instrument holder for my violin. I've seen other stands that have an instrument holder on the stand but this one I fully trust.
Don't forget it can move up and down so when you want to sit on the floor you can still see your music! I'm so thrilled with this! I will never go back to a flimsy metal music stand. (Now if it could only wash my dishes!)
And no, I was not paid for this review, but I think all musicians should have one.
