I bought this ukulele as a beginner player who'd previously owned a cheaper quality Amahi ukulele and was looking for something that would allow me to grow as a player. This concert ukulele did exactly that at a steal of a price. The ukulele comes with a nice padded cloth case with straps and a zipper pocket that keeps the instrument safe while also being very light and portable. The ukulele itself is very beautiful: everywhere I go, I get compliments on the stain of the wood and the different colored frets. This ukulele is great for beginners because it comes with colored Aquila strings (search 'Colored Aquila Strings for Kids' on Amazon when you need to restring: only twelve-thirteen dollars) which are very high quality and also help beginning players associate the strings with colors. The colored frets help as well: not all frets are colored, but the ones that are serve as great landmarks the further one travels up the fingerboard.
I play this ukulele at my church, family gatherings, and other informal gatherings with friends. It's very impressive, and I'd highly recommend it for beginning players along with more advanced players searching for a unique and quality new instrument.

Pretty ukulele with a nice, mellow sound, but I have to return it. I don't want the bridge flying off or lifting and needing to be repaired.
Also there is a small wood chip inside the ukulele. There isn't a sound post that I can see, and no truss rod for if I ever wanted to adjust the height of the strings.
On a side note, I thought the colors on the fretboard were inlays but it looks like they are painted on. In case that matters to anyone.
