5.0 out of 5 stars Fun
Reviewed in the United States on April 24, 2024
This is a pretty simple, easy calculator. It’s colorful (fun!) and good for some math courses. Keep in mind that it’s not a graphing calculator. If u need a graphing calculator, this ain’t it! It has a lot of other functions tho! Can handle logs, exponents, square roots, pie, all that. Also love that can switch between decimals or fractions for the answer!

This calculator gets the job done! It handles all the essential functions you’d expect for scientific calculations—perfect for school or work. The buttons are responsive, and the display is clear. Nothing fancy, but for the price, it’s reliable and does exactly what you need without any issues.
Love these

5.0 out of 5 stars Nice scientific calculator
Reviewed in the United States on July 28, 2024
I got through high school on Casio graphing calculators, even beyond AP Calculus BC, so I have a soft spot for Casio.

This is a "lower" model than the Casio 115ES. There are fewer features. I had a 115ES before, and lost it during a move. So I bought the bright magenta one of these. My opinion is that the advanced features of the 115ES that are missing from this calculator are very slow, so slow as to not be worth the extra money.

Anyway, none of the calculus or linear algebra features of the 115ES are worth the squeeze. They are slow, the calculus features don't actually go beyond quadratic equations... If you want a calculator for calculus, you really want a graphing calculator instead, not a scientific calculator with an extra line of space. You can get a nice CAS calculator before you run afoul of the AP rules.
