I have been using the Staedtler fine tip dry erase markers (my absolute favorite dry erase pens) because the tips don't crush after a few uses, but I had to get a different calendar board since mine fell off the fridge and broke.
It all evens out because the new calendar has bigger spaces to write and when the tips of these get smooshed they will still write finely enough to satisfy me. Plus, the Staedtler ones weren't working properly on the surface. They would bead up and become unreadable. I am using these expo ones because they don't bead up on the new calendar. Perhaps I can return to my beloved Staedtler's after the surface is cleaned a few times?
All in all, I do love these Expo Ultra Fine Markers because they are perfect for the whiteboard grocery list we have mounted on the front door.
