    The light was easy enough to assemble, and has a good mix of shades of "white". It sits just to the side, behind my rocker, and works well. An improvement would be to have the wire to operate it less obvious, by putting it inside the tube it stands on. To hide the wire, I used black tape wrapped around the stand at about 1' intervals, and it disappears when on.

    Wow! We were so stoked when we set up this lamp. So bright with a dimmer and flexibility to bend in so many ways we found the perfect way to set it up to maximize the lighting over our projects and work. Highly recommend this lamp if you're looking for a great lamp to work or read under. Well worth the price. We may buy some for xmas presents it's that great.

    I have 4 of these double-headed lamps. Two of them I use for sewing and crafts; the other two I am using as plant lights.
    (1) This lamp is excellent because it provides 1800 lumens of bright light that can be cast in two separate directions. It lights up a wider area.
    (2) Because it has different color temperatures I can choose the kind of light that I want or need.
    (3) I like being able to adjust the brightness with a click.
    (4) This lamp is very strong and stable. The neck can be bent and twisted around as needed and the lamp neck stays in place after I do that.
    (5) Because this lamp is minimalist, it does not stand out or get in my way in my small apartment; it just blends in. It does not take up much space.
    (6). It is not too heavy so it is easy too move around as needed.
    (7) My plants are very happy and they are growing with this lamp.
    (8) The quality of the lamp is excellent. And it makes a great gift. I gave one to a friend who also does sewing and crafts.
    I highly recommend this lamp. ????

    Received this lamp and set it up to use right away on a puzzle. It was a very easy setup, very well packed. It came in perfect condition. It's weighted so it's sturdy and it was easy to position the lights. I like the fact you can easily adjust the lighting to 5 different settings using an attached "inline switch". It's a winner!

    Mostly I like this light fine. It is a good reading light for my chair in a small space. I liked being able to omit a section to keep it low, but I may add it back in future.
    I am not too fond of fumbling for the loose hanging switch. I plan to ziptie the cord to the lamp stem which may help me grab the switch more readily. Also the led is not the on/off button, but located above it... Minor ergonomic flaw IMHO.

    If you know what " Bead Weaving or Brick st or square or peyote st you'll know that no. matter what kind of head gear you might find and magnifying equipment GOOD LIGHT is always being looked for. When working with seed beads #11 ( # 15 maybe once in a while ) is a fabulous creative source for jewelry or pillow covers or book covers or belts etc etc It is always a change for the best possible lighting and magnifying sources and if I have repeated the above that's cool! So, the light goes in tones to bright to soft tone and then the brightness in either color frame is just to fabulous well I could go on but if a good light source you are always seeking this light source would really be a good product to give it a try. It would also be a great gift for anyone you know looking for a light source like this item.

    This light was worth the cost of admission. I was struggling to see while tooling leather and bought this to "fill in" so that I wouldn't have shadows from my hands causing problems while using the swivel knife or other leathercraft tools. I was pleasantly surprised that it would make such a difference. If you need a decent light that doesn't break the bank, I can honestly recommend this light without hesitation. It's inexpensive, easy to put together and has enough light for my old eyes to keep going for a full day at the bench. You can't go wrong here, an adjustable light that doesn't cost a lot. Get one, you won't regret it.

    This lamp is super useful! It can be very bright or pretty dim, and the color temperature adjustment is really nice. You can have bright white for clarity working on things or a really warm light for relaxing in the evenings. The base is a proper weight and the neck is ready to adjust and stays where you leave it. Overall this lamp is surprisingly perfect, I have no complaints about it at all. The cord is a decent length as well.
