Nice modern look, that is adjustable. The remote works great allowing you the change the brightness and color. It is straight forward to use and easy to assemble. It seem well made. Thos replaced the old style of this type of lamp. Would recommend.

So happy with this lamp. I love that it has a remote that you can use for either the big or little light, you can change brightness making it dimmer or brighter, change from white or relaxing yellow light, adjust to where you need light. I really like it. Great price too

Never before had a lamp so easy to assemble. The bright setting is very bright but can also be dimmed. Basically you just screw the pole sections together and your lamp is complete is assembled. The sale price was quite nice for this expensive lamp. No bulbs to change or buy. The lights are supposed to last for an extremely long time. We haven't got the hand-held controls to work yet but can operate manually also.

Edited: Okay. Bought 3 new batteries and now my 3 remote controls do work. Also, I just read "Buyer Beware" and I have experienced problems with other products just as "BB" described in my past. So I'm thankful my 3 lamp purchases were 50% off. My experience with these newly bought lamps is excellent but am keeping my fingers crossed for the future. Thanks "BB" for the heads up.

I actually liked the first light so much, I bought a second. I loved the brightness and color options. The remote is easy enough for my 3 and 4 year old to work. If they woke up before us they would turn the light on so they could color at the table. We love the dimming feature in the evening as we get ready for bed.

We had a new baby and I needed a dimmable light for the nursery. So we purchased a second which we also loved. But here is where we started having issues.

Our second lamp randomly dims and brightens. It’s not a huge deal since we turn it off when we put our baby to bed at night, but it would wake him up sometimes while we rocked him or nursed him to sleep.

The second issue is with the original lamp. It stopped taking to the remote. My husband found some tips to re-sync the remote involving killing the power five times (At the small connection on the cord. We tried to unplug and replug the wall plug and it did not work. We had to do this at the smaller connection on the cord.)

So our second issue is resolved. Overall we’re happy with our purchases. They work well for our family.

I will say they are not the sturdiest lamps. Ours are blocked off from the little ones, but if you have a crawler or toddler, you’ll definitely want to take precautions so they don’t pull this down on themselves.

Product arrived intact and well packaged. It was very easy to assemble. The remote was simple and easy to use and afforded a quick and easy way to change the lighting in the room from a clear daylight type to a warm subdued evening glow. The distance and flexability of the two light elements from each other also afforded one the ability to have a soft reading light while giving others in the room a full clear lighting enabling them to see or search for various objects on the walls, ceiling, or tables around the room. It easily lit up a 360 sq ft area.

Needed a lamp that would brighten up our entire living room and this one does it. It has different light settings. I have young kids.. and this lamp is sturdy. Purchased the same lamp for my parents place because they liked it too. Easy to set up.

LOVE this new lamp! It has a few very small tradeoffs from my previous incandescent lamp, but I will live with them. The main tradeoff being that the old lamp I could dim down to virtually no light, just a hint of brightness. But I will trade that off. The main/top lamp is plenty bright enough, would have loved just one step higher, but it's fine. The side reading lamp, is WONDERFUL. Being on a fully flexible arm, I can now actually make use of it, whereas my previous lamp the two reading lamps were fixed arms on swivels....very clumsy to use. The 3 different color temperatures is also a trip, great for different moods. I'm sure people in different part of the house (I'm using in my bedroom as a bedside lamp) will find the different color shades wonderful. I was concerned about the remote when I bought the lamp, but it is really easy and well designed. The built-in switch on the pole body of the lamp works better than I expected to the touch, and it even has tiny little blue night lights so you can find the switch in the dark. Oh, and the magnetic attachment function of the remote, is VERY well engineered. Everything is much better than expected. And the price is hard to beat. Oh, and it is about a third the weight of my old lamp, so, MUCH easier to move the lamp when I need to change the sheets. Highly recommended.

Initial setup was easy, the lamp is bright and works nice, I like that it has different color temperature settings and brightness. Pairing the remote was easy, but someone unplugged the lamp and the remote no longer worked. I found you can re-pair the remote by unplugging the lamp. Hold down the power button on the remote, while holding down the power button on the remote, plug the lamp back into the outlet, wait a second or so and the lamp flashes indicating successful pairing. I was so happy to have the remote working again! Great lamp, the remote makes it much better as you don't have to cycle through all the color temperatures if you like one in particular.
