My husband had knee replacement surgery and needed a chair for recovery that wasn’t too low in order to avoid strain on the knees. We didn’t want to buy a new chair, so we used this cushion to elevate the seat of a contemporary leather recliner that looks good, but is the absolute wrong chair for post knee surgery recovery. The addition of the cushion worked great: it was comfortable and also made the seat of the chair high enough that he could get up and down easily without assistance.
The material is soft to the touch, and the construction is durable. It’s a good value for the price.
