My paper arrived in a secure box, so perhaps Amazon has upgraded how it ships this paper. I have ordered this Hammermill brand 3x in the past month, all of my paper has arrived safe, without any damages.
I had a ton of new photocopying to do as a teacher and no joke, when I use the colored Hammermill paper, the school copier runs like a peach. When I put the cheap white paper in that my school district buys, the copier jams over and over and over - - - this paper saves me time from constant paper jams and the colors are soft and pretty. I never would have believed any of this until I had to do major copying for the semester.
But now, I can't dispute it. This paper is amazing.

As a printing Co. owner it was great to find a discontinued Color (Buff) for my client.
All my paper company distributors told me that the Mills do not make that color any longer so I resorted to Amazon and this vendor. Shipped to me quicker than expected. Will order again.

Paper a nice weight. Not a lemon yellow, darker but nice.
Came in box, but the ream paper was ripped at one end and nice not appear to be full????
