5.0 out of 5 stars Fantastic replacement toner cartridges!
Reviewed in the United States on September 27, 2023
I've tried several non-original vendor replacement toner cartridges over the years. and it's been hit or miss on whether or not they work. These ones worked great right away! Printer sensed them correctly as full new cartridges and the print quality is the same to me as those of the proprietary, far more expensive replacements. For the much lower expense, high quality printing, and ease of installation, these are the replacement cartridges to buy! I will be buying these again!

5.0 out of 5 stars Excellent toners!

I have purchased many toners and the print quality is usually pretty poor. These toners are just like the real brand. They are excellent, bright, fair pricing and they last. I just ordered another set.

1.0 out of 5 stars NOT compatible
Reviewed in the United States on May 27, 2024
The webpage says they are compatible with Brother MFC-L3770CDW. They are NOT compatible. The printer recognizes them as “non-genuine” and will not print. Online comments say the cartridge chip is not compatible with current printer firmware.

4.0 out of 5 stars Printing quality is no comparison with OEM toners but customer service is great
Reviewed in the United States on April 19, 2022
Update 5/20/22: Their customer service staff has been very responsive and asked me to test more as they made some improvement. Overall, slightly better than the previous one but still has room to improve.
Print out a manufacture test page from the printer test page, perfect. So no issue to print documents with small images. Only when to print a full page with large area of the colors, It is not perfect yet.

Hope one day they can make the product the same as OEM toner to reduce over costs.

Update 4/22/22: tried a different after market toner and it was almost the same result in terms of color image printing. OEM produces the correct color image prints. So Brother Color printer (mine is a new HL-L3270CDW) can't handle after market toner in the correct way or after market toner has lower quality than the OEM, don't know which one is the cause.

Interesting enough, Brother's test page with color fonts and lines in different size looks good and almost no difference than the OEM toners'. So again, print the documents should be no problem but not large image, photo.

Original review 4/14/22: Good part: cheap, works, reset toner counter. Surprise: even the original toners reset to new when I switched them back. So the counter is on the printer, not on toner.

Bad part: Brother printer recognized them as non genuine toner. Color and even black & white images are not good, particularly on large image, such as pie chart, bar chart, photo. It seems that toner can't output fast enough to catch up printing. There are evenly spread out vertical visible traces on the color and b&w images. Print out printer test page was ok so it can be for document printing with no large image. Don't know why many other reviewers gave good ratings...

As Brother recognized it is not an official OEM toners, who knows that the printer software may be designed to handle the printing quality differently and deterring ones from using after market product.

Maybe just this brand having issue. I still have old black and white Brother laser printer, it can take any after market toner and produce the same quality results. Will try another brand to see if all the same. OEM toner is just too expensive, almost the same cost as the printer itself. Good thing about laser printer is that toner will not dry, not like ink jet. Cost effective laser is still better than the Inc jet printer.

Not recommend for large image printing.

5.0 out of 5 stars Toner Bank - First In Product Quality & Customer Service
Reviewed in the United States on March 25, 2022
This is my Toner Bank story.

I am 75 years old, so my computer experience begins with the very first PCs. I began with a Hewlett Packard Printer and had always had HP Printers, ending with a HP Deskjet (inkjet printer), until I finally upgraded to a Brother Laser Printer a couple of years ago.

With my HP Printers, I had always tried to use re-manufactured ink cartridges, because the HP ink cartridges were prohibitively expensive when compared with the cost of the re-manufactured ink cartridges; however, as anyone that has used an HP Printer knows, HP places multiple barriers in place to attempt to prohibit you from using re-manufactured ink cartridges and to force you to only use the more expensive HP ink cartridges.

I had fought with my HP Printers forever over using re-manufactured ink cartridges, and not always successfully. I finally became so fed-up with the continuing hassle with my HP Printer and remanufacture ink cartridges that I finally decided to abandon HP Printers and leave all of my HP problems behind me.
One obvious option was to upgrade to a laser printer. When laser printers first came out their prices were prohibitive. My recollection is that the first black only laser printers were about $2,000 and, if you wanted a color laser printer, you were looking at about $3,000, or more.

Well, over the years things have changed for the better and I found my Brother Color Laser Printer for about $400. Of course, I still wanted to use re-manufactured toner cartridges, for the obvious cost savings over using Brother Toner cartridges.

In my first WEB search for re-manufactured toner cartridges, I cannot specifically remember why I chose Toner Bank for my first replacement toner cartridges. Obviously, price was a major consideration, and Toner Bank’s cartridge warranty was probably at least part of my reasons for buying my first toner cartridges from Toner Bank.

Well, I purchased my first toner cartridges from Toner Bank and Toner Bank continues to be the only source that I have used for my toner cartridges.

What a change from my HP Deskjet Printer! I love my Brother Laser Printer and Toner Bank toner cartridges have performed flawlessly from day one, both in performance and print quality.
As far as I am concerned, Toner Bank is first in economy, quality and customer service. ‘Jenny’ is just a name that you will receive from Toner Bank’s Customer Service Department; however, you will never receive any better customer service anywhere or from anyone than you will receive from ‘Jenny’, both in promptness, and in personalized care and consideration for all of your Toner Bank needs. Here’s a big THANK YOU to ‘Jenny’, both for all of my prior contacts with Toner Bank, as well as any of my future customer service needs. The quality of Toner Bank’s Customer Service Department is only exceeded by the quality of their products.
I am always reading movie reviews on IMDb and I find that a lot of the reviews seem to be too-good-to-be-true, probably just from shills for the movie companies. Well, I am not a shill for Toner Bank, just a more than satisfied customer, who stands behind everything that I have said in this review. Try Toner Bank once and you will never need to go anywhere else.
