Decent cheap mechanical pencils

These are your standard cheap mechanical pencils from Bic. They get the job done and since there are so many in the pack, you can put one just about everywhere. If you lose it, no problem. I have been pleased with their sturdiness considering they aren’t a high quality/priced mechanic pencil. I have not had any issues with lead breaking easily, or it not coming out when I click, or with whole leads dropping out. I have bought similar pencils at dollar stores and been very displeased. These seem well made for the money. I like to sketch and having a cheap pencil handy is wonderful. I also like the pretty pastel colors of the covers. They are NOT colored leads, just regular pencil lead. I’m happy with the purchase and would buy them again and recommend them to others.

The pencils write smooth and you get a good amount for the value of money. They are easy to use and come with enough led in them. The grip on the pencils allows me to wrote for a while without any issues. And the eraser overall erases all the mistakes like they were never there in the first place.

You get a lot for the price, so thats a plus. The colors are very cute! It writes fairly well, and it’s comfortable to hold. The eraser isn’t the best though. But overall, i’m satisfied!

I ordered these because it was a great price and figured I could put some in my nephew's Easter basket. (I really don't need all 40 pencils! lol). It didn't arrive before Easter but it did arrive earlier than expected so I can't be too upset about that. The package arrived in great condition and it was the full count, I know some reviewers were missing pieces or the package arrived damaged, I almost didn't order because of those reviews. I'm glad I took a chance and ordered anyway. I love this color of pencils but I prefer the 0.9mm point - if only this color came in 0.9mm! Regardless of the point size, BIC mechanical pencils are the best, they aren't scratchy, and squeaky, on paper (and hurt my ears) like the Paper Mate brand, there's minimal smearing, and they erase pretty well on a scan-tron test. (But I recommend using the white Pentel Hi-Polymer Eraser, that's the best eraser ever and it lasts forever. I've had mine for probably 18+ years!) This pencil also has a pretty nice grip and doesn't cause too much fatigue. This was $9.98 VERY well spent!
