    It arrived slightly damaged on one corner, but I was able to install this without much fuss. I wasn't able to add one of the caps over the screw because of the damage, but otherwise it was an easy install. After installing the whiteboard on my wall, I went to attach the magnets that I had for my other magnetic white board and they fell to the ground! So I found out, after the install, it was not magnetic.

    Amazon customer service was very helpful. As this is a very large item I was not able to fit this in my car to return this for a refund, and it was already installed on my wall. They were accommodating and gave me a full refund, which is why I trust Amazon with almost every purchase.

    I will have to find another board that will actually be magnetic for my purposes and repurpose this one somewhere else.

    I don't usually take the time to write reviews, but when order issues are corrected and done so with making the customer isn't delayed or inconvenienced any longer. The company deserves to be recognized and praised. I took days to order the dry erase board due to reviews. I choose this company because of it's rating and I must say that although the 1st dry erase board arrived damaged, the company stepped up and replaced the order. The first order was delivered on Friday and on Monday the replacement was delivered before the defective dry erase board was retrieved. So, yes the dry erase board is costly but YOU WON"T REGRET THE PURCHASE.
