    Nice and sturdy patio umbrella with easy installation instructions. Love the modern design and durable material. The umbrella’s size can easily cover a long table and still provide great shade. Do need to add sand to make the foundation more stable.

    This umbrella is well made and easy to put together. I put the sand in a heavy duty black garbage bag before putting it into the bags that came with the umbrella for a little extra protection. Only thing is it could turn a little in the wind.

    To be clear, the base is stable when you fill with 135-150 lbs of sand, but the frame itself slides together on a "track". Unfortunately, the track does not have a bottom 'stopper' so it will slide completely off the corners if not sitting flat. Again, 99% of the time it is sitting flat, but if I had to pick up the base to move it, it will likely come part and have to be 're-slotted'.

    The umbrella is large (as advertised and looks good when expanded. The lever assembly seems sturdy/well made. Ive had it for one month, so the jury is out on how long it will last. I took the precautionary measures to use WD-40 on the screws that hold the umbrella in place, as I could quickly see some corrosion on the screws. And like most umbrellas, those screws will scratch the pole wihen tightening it down. I put WD-40 on that contact point as well, just to protect it.

    Overall, a good value for the price I paid.

    Great material and nice look. You will need to really secure this umbrella because it is very heavy and will really blow around in the wind. My husband secured it into the ground by the pool and we open it only when we are swimming. Must close it when not in use.

    We set this up on our patio for extra shade and could not be happier! It’s huge! Perfect to have several guest in chairs enjoying time on the patio. It was easy to assemble. We used 12x12 pavers instead of sand to weigh down the stand. We bring the top in when there is bad weather. Setting it back into the base pole is easier with a buddy. It’s hard to see what you’re doing and hold it at the same time. The fabric is nice quality, the frame is solid, it opens easily with the hand crank and the locking pin is a great safety feature. We have had a slight breeze without any trouble so very stable. This umbrella does not tilt. It has been well worth the price!

    I ordered this umbrella and it arrived damaged beyond being fixed or serviceable. The packaging it came in was not damaged but the umbrella inside was. It was also missing one of the parts in the parts list. After inspecting the umbrella to see if it had any other damage I notice it is of poor quality to begin with. The plastic pieces that come with it are cheaply made as well. The damaged piece was one of the three top caps that keep the umbrella in place. It is a plastic cap with a metal screw attached to it that then screws into the top of the umbrella to hold the fabric in place and its easy to see how that could break. It should be a metal cap with a metal screw to ensure stability. The umbrella I received had one of the screws attached to the plastic cap broken off in the area that holds the screwed cap onto the umbrella. After inspecting the fabric portion under the cap it is literally just a hole cut into the fabric of the umbrella to place the screw into it. No seam in the fabric to hold it together or ensure that it does not rip with continued use. Very poorly made. Obtaining a refund from this particular Seller of this umbrella was difficult and consisted of several messages back and forth with them over several days with no resolution or refund of the price I paid for this umbrella despite me sending photos of the damage to them on 3 separate occasions. I had to file a complaint with Amazon under the A-Z guarantee in order to get a refund of which I've still yet to receive. Buyer beware.

    These are nice for what they are. Good wide coverage. Unfortunatley they do not last more than 2 seasons. You really have to take them down if the wind forcasts more taht 12-15mph. They don't do well with suddenly rain showers that are kind of heavy. even with taking care of those things, the steel of the arms rusts out after two years, bends and then snaps. I have gone through three of them in three years. I am just waiting until planted trees get big enough to provide the needed shade so I keep reordering - but be warned they do not last.
