    Im so sorry I did not know how to add a picture or video on the Computer!! I loved and still love everything about my Winny!! I have several friends that have also purchased a Winny. I have not been able to stop telling everyone. I have neighbors that have swimming pools, I have taken my Winny to them so they could try it in their swimming pools and they all love it as well. I really can not say enough good things about it. First of all my Winny came to me very fast. It was packaged very nice. Delivery was smooth. I could not wait to use it. I got it out of the box and read all the directons. I charged it up and pur it together and took it out to see just how good and easy it cleaned my above ground round Intex swimming pool I set the wheels to make sure that they did the round swimming pool path. Follow the directions, everything is so easy and the directions are very simple. I turned My Winny on and slowly lowered it into the pool. It went to the bottom and then started a path from one side of the pool to the other. I watched in amazement as to how easy my pool was being cleaned, and the best part is all I had to do was walk away and let Winny do the rest. I hung around the pool and watched as my pool was becomming cleaner then it ever did when I physically struggled to clean it on my own. It took me hours of struggling to get my pool just a little clean. It took Winny only 45 mins to completely clean my pool. It had never been that clean since we first put it up! Clean up of Winny was a breeze! Very simple! I took the top off and used the hose to clean it all out, sprayed the filter screen off and put it all back together, so I could charge Winny and use it again tomorrow. I recieved Winny on August 2nd, she has been cleaning my pool since then, does a great job everytime! I love it. Im so thankful that I found Winny Cordless Robotic Pool Cleaner. It was a great buy!! Do your self a favor, make life easier, go get a Winny. I truly enjoy having a swimmy pool now and its all thanks to my Winny Robotic Pool Cleaner. I actually love cleaning the pool now as well.

    I got on prime days, great price. Used once and it stopped working. Called 800 number in owners manual. Very nice, going to escalate and have someone contact me. In the meantime, take a video of what and how you’re Turning on the cleaner and email. Got another email stating they’d like a video again. Would not replace vacuum until they received the bad vacuum. Mind you this is in the middle of high pool season. Immediately sent it back. Almost 3 weeks later, I received the replacement. In the meantime, I had purchased another brand that works fabulous. My pool is big enough for two. Because at this point, I have passed the return date for a refund from Amazon. Don’t waste your money spend a little extra and get a good one.

    This works perfect for the above ground round pool we have. The suction on it is outstanding and the round design is perfect for reaching all parts of the pool wall. It takes about 3 hours in the water and the bottom of my pool is clean, it saves me time not having to vacuum the pool manually.
    I haven't had anything break on the vacuum and it has been submerged for hours at a time, very durable.

    It seems to be working pretty good. It doesn't scrub the bottom and remove algae, but if you have leaves, sand, or dirt on the bottom of your pool it will definitely remove it as long as it isn't stuck on the liner. Instead of scrubbers it has two squeegee-like attachments that help scoop up stuff. If you have a lot of stuff at the bottom of your pool you might have to stop half way through and clean it out and let it run again. I'm not sure how long the battery life is but it usually gets my 14ft round pool clean in an hour. My box did come damaged but the vacuum was fine.

    I ordered this item and there was no rubberized charging port cover. you will need that in order to put it in the water. I returned it and ordered the other color (light blue) and it came with the charging port cover. this works really well, cleans the bottom of the pool really well. power lasts about 1 hour on a single charge. My pool is small so it works for me.

    Great, small, rechargeable pool vac. Our water has been a bit cloudy from all the dirt that blows in it. We back up to a mountain so we get our fair share of dirt in the pool. This vac is heavy weight & durable. It was super simple to attach the handle & set up to start using. We let it fully charge. Instructions were a little off. It stated the batter would be charged when the light was red, which is incorrect. Battery is fully charged when the light turns green. I dropped lil Winny in the pool after charging and it floats graciously to the bottom and just takes off. It runs for about an hour then will stop on its own. You retrieve it with the provided hook that you can attach to a pool pole. It cleaned the pool really well and the cloudiness is already starting to clear after using it the past 2 days. Great price & value for this powerful vac!

    It worked "ok" for about two weeks then it just died. I emptied and washed it after every use then recharged it for next use. When it "worked" (turned on and took a charge), it picked up a little bit, but it's not very effective. Two weeks in it died in the middle of the pool. It won't charge or turn on. Pool looks the same. I guess you really do get what you pay for.
