    The filters are a little tall so the fit was a bit tighter than the OEM. The filter housing still closed and stayed watertight. They appear to work as well or better than OEM. I wish I had a TDS meter to give facts but I can say the pool passes the eye test for the filter working as well as OEM.

    Love having these on hand, they have held up well, can even be rinsed a couple of times before disposing of them. Comes in a six pack, which is a years supply for our small pool. Price is right. Fits our pool pump well

    You can read my original review below, but I came back to revise it to add information about the seller. They have reached out to me after reading my review and sincerely apologized for any inconvenience. They said that they take the reviews seriously and always looking for to improve their products and services. This seems to me an honorable and professional act. They care about their reputation and they care about their customers as well. I look forward to try their filter in the future and see the improvements on the structure and durability. While I did not request it, they gave me a full refund, which is very nice. I've change my original 3 stars to 4. Way to go Poolpure.

    On the positive side, it filters well the micro particles which helps to keep your water clean (not milky). My biggest problem with these is that they are very weak, not durable at all. I guess the purpose behind that is to save on production and/or to make you buy more and more. The blue ring broke after the third use and the paper filter structure basically collapsed. The structure strength is not even comparable to the original Coleman filter that cam with the pump. The Coleman is strong, a bit heavier and hold itself well. This one feels flimsy and weak. I also noticed that the original Coleman filter has about twice of the size of the filtering surface. I thought I'm going to save money with this, but I actually ended up loosing money. If you don't mind to use a filter only once or maybe a couple times, this should still work for you.

    We were purchasing the C type filters from Walmart. Those filters appears "dirty" but never caught the dirt. Purchased the Pooltime ones, and wow what a difference. Definantly stronger material, tighter fit, and finally seeing clumps of dirt! Will be purchasing only these going forward.
