    I used to use a push broom with an extension pole. This tool works so much better. Ive only had this for 4 months. Im curious to know how long the foam will last in the weather

    The 24’ pole bends quite a bit when fully extended and becomes a little difficult to manage. It gets quite heavy too so you need to be very careful not to fall over and not to swing it into a window and breaking stuff around your house. I’m giving it 4 stars because of the large bend and not being stiff enough.

    Bought this to clear our ground mount solar panels. Was afraid a "foam" device would be light duty, but it is not. Have used it twice to clear slushy/icy snow and it's been great. Decent quality and sturdiness. Would buy again but don't think I'll need to do so anytime soon.

    I purchased the roof rake last month to remove snow from my solar panels. It works fine, and it is easy to use. I'm convinced it will not scratch or damage the panels, which was my reason for the purchase. I had to climb on my roof to finish the last of the panels--they are very high on the roof--and when finished, I tossed the rake off the roof and it landed awkwardly on a snow bank, breaking the head from the pole. I e mailed the company quickly, explaining my error and accepting fault for the broken rake. They, however, have chosen to replace the parts at no cost to me. One cannot expect better customer service. Their response was quick, friendly, and decisive. Thank you. You are appreciated.

    November 2024: Snow matters when it builds up on solar panels, meaning they don't collect solar energy. This item was purchased Jan 2024 to clear snow from solar panels. Less than a year old (and summer months are irrelevant); When clearing the snow from the solar panels (only 4 times in the less than a year), the plastic piece that holds the sweeping part of the product broke, rendering the product worthless. Pretty expensive to get only four uses out of it. Don't recommend, wouldn't buy again.

    We don't get a lot of snow in our area but I needed something that would allow me to pull the accumulated leaves off my roof without damaging the shingles. This works perfectly. I'm not climbing onto the roof so this light weight pole is great to use while standing on a ladder. And, I like the easy method of extending the reach of the pole without having to stand on a ladder while twisting an extension pole. I frankly don't know how it would work with packed on snow. It seems a little weight might come in handy in that instance but since I've never had to do that, I just don't know. Ask it to pull down piled on leaves and it works like a champ. The only minus I have is that the head keeps coming loose but I'll fix that with some plumbers tape.

    This is a well made, light weight product. The extendable handle was bent in shipping. I didn't open it for months and when I did Amazon refused help because I waited too long. I contacted Eversprout directly and they sent me a replacement handle quickly and pleasantly.
    The original was sent by USPS which wouldn't deliver because of the size of the package. I had to pick it up at the post office. I requested that the replacement be sent by UPS. Eversprout sent it that way and it was delivered to my home. Unusually good service!! Thanks to Christian!
