Nice big design. Light comes through the candle in addition to the little faux flame tip. The remote has multiple timer settings; flicker or steady flame; and dimmer and brighter light setting.

I liked the Halloween ones so much (review below) that I bought the Christmas version as well. They are equally outstanding. I also bought several of their large glitter "snow globe" type electric candles. I've found a great company for creative decorating. What follows is my review of the Halloween ones:

This is a great example of a simple idea put to terrific use. This is the standard kind of battery operated candle, but it seems what has been done is to apply a decorative "wrap" around it, so, instead of just getting the illumination of the wax, you get three different lit up creepy Halloween scenes. Well done!

You can see the "seam" where the wrap meets itself, but I just keep that side to the wall.

The choice of coloration is excellent in this design, giving a truly haunted setting of the sun feeling, and the spooky scenes are of excellent quality. At the price, for a set of three, this is fantastic, and much better than any decorations I can get at local stores.

Battery compartment is well made, and all three candles are functioning flawlessly. I'm so glad I decided to try these out! More than worth the price that's paid here.

This is an excellent addition to our office Halloween area, and all aspects of it impressed me. I appreciate also the built in timer, to set them and not worry about turning them on and off.

Terrific buy here, and I highly recommend!

These are great Halloween candles! Nice and spooky. The timer worked well. The images on the outside looked great when lit and unlit. I got one of each unlike other reviews that said otherwise. Very happy with this purchase.

These are very nice fake candles. They are made out of a wax type material so do NOT store them somewhere that will get really hot or they will melt. Had this happen to me when I stored one on the attic last year. They are very bright and I like the graphics on them. I am happy with them and so is my wife.

I love these candles! They are simple, but the designs are beautiful. What I love most is the timer. I know it’s technology, but it feels like magic when they automatically turn on one by one every night. It’s so cool to watch. If you are a Halloween in your heart, all year long person, then you will love these too!

The media could not be loaded.
The candles are very realistic. packaging was great, no damage to the glass. the flickering is very realistic and you also get a remote that adjusts the brightness and has time settings. each candle takes 2 AA batteries, and they look so good at this point I have no concern about battery usage.
