This sauna blanket has been an invaluable tool for me. The controls are very easy to use. I have not had a problem with the zipper. It will heat from your fingertips to your shoulders. You will sweat so wear light clothing to absorb the sweat. Very relaxing in the blanket, even fell asleep.

I feel cold on my back and in the joints of my limbs all the time especially in winter. It bothers me a lot, and so I tried the infrared sauna but it's kind of expensive. Therefore, I started to look for sauna blankets and I saw this one which has a lot of good reviews. I ordered it and used it for 3-4 times so far now and I fell in love with it. It also comes with a carrying case, so I can take it with me when I travel.
