5.0 out of 5 stars The backup battery to replace all backup batteries!
Reviewed in the United States on March 11, 2024
I purchased this power bank to replace one that had gone bad, and boy am I glad I chose Anker. I've purchased other products of theirs such as speakers, cables and chargers and felt the power bank with meet the same quality as the rest of their electronics. I was right, lol

Power your electronic devices with the Anker Power Bank Power Station 60,000mAh, featuring a colossal capacity of 60,000mAh or 192Wh. You can charge multiple devices numerous times without needing to “plug in” to the wall, ensuring uninterrupted power during blackouts or off-grid adventures.

I love the light that allows you to illuminate your surroundings during outages (or impromptu backyard campouts) with the retractable emergency light, providing auto lighting for quick charger location. Adjust the light for two comfortable brightness levels or utilize the SOS mode for emergency situations. The emergency mode would definitely come in handy during a power outage, which we frequently get in Michigan.

It's nice to know that Anker designed this power bank with durability as a key component. Boasting a lifespan 10× longer than comparable models. Retaining an impressive 85% charge even after a year without recharging, it stands ready whenever you need reliable power.

The smart display allows you to monitor power status effortlessly. It offers vital information such as battery level, input and output power, remaining charge time, and charging modes. I specifically like the feature displaying “time remaining” for both charging and draining of the power bank. It's got enough juice to run the light for over 50 hours!

Note: In auto mode, connect the power bank to a power source via the USB-C 1 port to activate emergency lighting. Compatible with solar chargers featuring an XT-60 connector (10-24V), enhancing versatility for various power sources.

The bottom line: This “Emergency” battery has basically become my primary source of charging my devices on a daily basis. It's so convenient just to toss next to wherever you are and charge. Don't have to hunt down an outlet. I also see this getting extended use on our planned road trip this summer, it's so handy! My only complaint - there's nowhere to store a cord. Just a small compartment somewhere you can tuck a cord or two in would be perfect to make this the ultimate survival battery.

5.0 out of 5 stars Very Cool

I really like this one, carries a lot of power for on-the-go (like to a picnic or tailgate, it's not pocket or backpack friendly really) or for a spot in the house without a convenient electrical. The overall pricing when I bought it was comparable with much larger battery setups (on a $ per power basis), which means you are not overpaying just for the features. I have charged many devices with both USB C and A ports and seems solid. I like that is has a light as that also serves as a nice lantern too. I also like the clear display which reads power left and how much it is currently dispensing (in watts). Even has a solar hookup (which I didn't try). Really thoughtful piece to be honest.

5.0 out of 5 stars Long Lasting Power With a Few Quirks
Reviewed in the United States on February 13, 2024
Happened to buy this right before that big rain storm hit California last week. It did its job exemplary... I used the lantern mode and it said 99 hours to go (49 hours if I had it on the brightest setting). While the light is a little bit harsh (wish it was more yellow) we were just happy to have light during our 6+ hour power outage - lit up our kitchen and living room without a problem on the low setting.

The device has two USB C out (one in) and 2 USB A out. I love that I can passthrough charge and supply power with the ports. USB A only ports (doesn't happen on USB C ports) --- What bugs me is, if I have a lamp or device plugged into the USB A ports and do anything with the other ports, the USB A ports shut off and restart. So if I have a USB A lamp plugged into one of the USB A ports and plug in power for passthrough, the lamp shuts off and I have to go start it back up. Not a big deal as most devices will just power back up, but in my case, I'd love to run a USB lamp off of the USB port.

This thing can REALLY power anything you throw at it. The 192wh of capacity is massive. I can throw devices at this thing left and right and still have plenty of battery power left over. Love that it is LifeP04 so I can leave it at 100% without worrying about longevity.

Wish list: I do wish it had 100w USB C out. I do wish USB A ports wouldn't reset when plugging things into the USB ports. I wish the lantern had a warmer mode. But none of these are dealbreakers. Definitely recommend for emergency kit! It worked exceptionally well for us.

4.0 out of 5 stars Lasts long between charges
Reviewed in the United States on March 17, 2024
I love Anker products, but this one was a bit disappointing. It is great for charging one device. But as soon as you plug in another device at the same time, in any of the outlets, the charging speed decreases dramatically for all of the devices. This is why I gave it 4 stars. However, it is very durable between charges, one charge lasts a long time.

5.0 out of 5 stars Long lasting battery
Reviewed in the United States on March 12, 2024
I bought this for an upcoming camping trip and have to say I was skeptical about how long it would last but was honestly impressed. My spouse and I went camping with a group of friends for 4 days and I used this to charge both our phones the first day. On day two our friends backup batteries were dead so we let them plug in on this battery as well, it charged 4 phones simultaneously and quickly. At the end of the weekend it was still at 12% so probably could have gone another day.

We only used the light feature a couple times walking to the shower facility and really appreciated the different levels of brightness feature.

This device would come in really handy for a short term power outage as a light source and means to charge your phones. The option to add a solar charger to recharge this could make it a camping essential.

5.0 out of 5 stars Lots of device to charge
Reviewed in the United States on October 17, 2023
It does its job and have amazing battery capacity. It can do high speed charging as well and automatically detect the charging capabilities of the device its charging. It even can charge laptop that uses usb c. I think 2-3 lenovo T14s is the capacity it has. The built in light is gimmicky, not very bright but it is definitely enough to illuminate some areas without being blinding. Good for travelling as it is also small enough to fit in a backpack. Turn your backpack into high capacity battery. Not sure about air travel though
