The main thing I would tell people is read the instructions on the igniter. It walks you through step by step on how to light it properly. I saw a bunch of people say how their igniter was broken and maybe that was the case, but I think they just didn’t know how to ignite it properly and just assumed it was broken. It’s very simple, push the knob in and turn to low. While it’s still PUSHED in and on low, press the igniter at the same time and it will light. If this doesn’t work, read the instructions again and you should be good. If not, then just use a grill lighter and your gonna be cooking in no time.
I would highly suggest this product to anyone looking for a simple assembly and a quality product.
