I love this box and my husband especially loves it. We live in a townhome and the only thing I dream of in having a bigger house is a mud room. My daughter and I ride horses (the reason we can't afford a bigger house lol!) and I come home with muddy boots. If I leave them outside the fox gets them or they get rained on. If we leave them inside we dirty up the house. This box is the perfect solution! It lives outside by our door, looks nice enough, and when we get home we just toss the dirty boots in there. So far no fox has swiped our shoes and they've stayed dry through several days of rain. It's perfect! My favorite amazon purchase of the year so far.
Assembly was quick and easy. I read people's negative reviews about this and was very diligent. It definitely took some muscle to snap the parts into place and I made sure I did it right the first time because once it snaps in, it's IN. The box honestly doesn't feel heavy duty, but it's perfect for our use.

Unless you want to cuss like Geroge Carlin - get someone to help you. Lining up parts is important and having that second pair of hands makes it go super fast to help with what would be a balancing act otherwise or using chairs to hold up the side panels.
A RUBBER MALLET is a must...do not use a hammer. We were able to pound the ends on as hard as we wanted with no damage or marks and the sides snapped right in. My ONLY complaint is the lid is a tad flimsy. When you open and close it, it has a slight fold to it. Not a deal breaker.
If you live in the midwest like I do, then you know storms are a part of summer and high winds. I am putting two pavers in the bottom to help weight it down and a twist tie on the place where you can put a lock. That should keep it in place during high winds.
Also...fast delivery. So far, so good. If something disappoints me I will update!

I did mess up and not place bars, before putting sises and was unable to take apart. Had to take of cap and saw and for bar. Didn't hurt unit tho. Sturdy, was able to sit on. I did notice that some parts were not as flush, so still concerned about rain, especially rain that blows at an angle. I did purchase a cover for this, so this should help
I would recommend.
