    My husband LOVES this...not sturdy/hardy enough to do a full driveway or patio out here in the burbs...but it is perfect for front porch, short walkway & in between vehicles and equipment on our property.

    Packed well and delivered on-time. Husband used several times in wet and light snow. Works very good in light snow. Heavier wet snow keeps shutting off. Probably safety feature to prevent overheating or damaging auger. The battery life was awesome. Can use Milwaukee batteries which is why my husband purchased.

    Update: We got two inches of snow, and I tried it out. I told my wife it was so easy that it was almost fun! We don't have a lot to clean - steps, a short sidewalk and several more steps on a walk to the house. I found the steps the hardest, since you have to go side-to-side, but it's narrow enough to work well and light enough that it wasn't hard to do. When I finished I put the battery back on the charger and it still showed four bars, so it was ready to handle a MUCH bigger job. It's my first snow blower, and I finally see what the fuss is about.

    We don't have any snow yet, so I can't review how well it throws snow. But I found it extremely easy to assemble, it feels light and compact and easy to hold and maneuver, and when I turned it on (noting the safety lock) it feels powerful and like it would do a nice job, without any significant kick or excessive vibration.

    The battery came mostly charged, and the included charger topped it off fairly quickly. There was some confusion when I tried to look for one of the parts in the manual - apparently they changed chargers between when it was printed and they shipped the unit. Or maybe it's just a mistake. Either way, you don't get the charger that's shown on the documentation, but I don't think it matters.

    This is a pretty awesome tool wife got me. While the main part of our property takes the 4wheeler and plow to clear out. This works perfect for our side walk paths for the dogs and garden area. Stairs still need a shovel but thats because of there design and cannot throw the snow in that area due to surrounding walls. Simple to set up and the plus side is that i can use my work tool batteries on this unit if the battery dies so i dont have to buy more. If you have small side walks and paths for your property i highly recommend this. However if you have large drive ways or gravel and dirt paths i would look for something else more efficient. You can use this on them but it wont save you any time compared to a plow or large snow blower. But people in town or a city that needs to clear there paths this is perfect.

    This is handy when there is SOME snow, but not too much. In order for this to work effectively, there needs to be a couple inches of snow on the ground. Too little snow will result in wear and tear on the shovel housing and scraping of the blade. Obviously, this will not handle FEET of snow, but it can handle a decent amount, several inches. This makes snow removal easier than lifting the snow as you shovel.

    For older people, or people with compromised health, this could be really helpful!

    Assembly was straightforward. Battery charging is easy with the provided AC pin charger (no large charging contraption needed for this battery). The battery provided works perfectly. I cannot comment on whether Milwaukee batteries fit this because I do not have any of those currently. But, the provided battery was very easy to use.
