    The Bird Buddy feeder is a dream come true for anyone who enjoys bird watching!
    It is such an amazing concept to be able to watch birds so close, and the app is so convenient to use!
    Set up: The feeder was easy to assemble and set up. It has everything you need to charge the camera, and hang or mount the feeder. Just add birdseed, and you’re good to go!
    App: the app is very intuitive and easy to navigate, and it has some fun features: it can notify of birds arrival and capture pictures and videos for you to watch later. Ai recognizes bird species and gives a lot of information about them. There is also option of creating collections and even naming repeat visitors. I also enjoy the explore side of the app where I can see what other bird buddies captured in different areas!
    Overall, I am beyond happy with the feeder and watching birds is one of the highlights of my day!

    This is absolutely the best gift for any bird lover. The feeder is sturdy and easy to put up. The camera clicks in via a magnet and can be removed to charge. It’s easy to fill and the experience is amazing with the app. You get alerts when a new bird comes to visit. It works great and the whole family loves it and shares photos of their bird friends!

    I’m totally obsessed with my bird buddy. I couldn't have thought I have that many beautiful birds around. The camera is excellent , view nice and clear!
    Easy set up, and i love the face-to-face angle with all the little birdies! Bird Buddy also identifies the bird, which is a huge bonus for someone like me! You can learn all sorts of other interesting facts about each bird through the app, as well as how many times they’ve visited, etc.

    Bought this thing to watch birds. First, the feeder itself looks like it was made for $6. Very cheap. The hanger is a piece of wire. It holds a day of food. The battery lasts one day. They give you a USB C ended cable, so I have to buy an adaptor. But they do tell you they don't supply the block necessary to charge it. My problem, I thought it was solar like the advertisement but obviously you can buy one without. The app is slow. And the connection part is a joke. I have moved it to ten feet from my window, twenty feet from my Wi-Fi and all I get is a connection problem banner. Obviously, I haven't gotten to actually use it for bird identification, but I suspect I have to buy a "Pro" subscription for $60 a year to get the advertised use of it. I suppose part of my disgust with the product is the price. I spent $200 on something that should cost $39.95. But there was one positive thing I will say, the packaging probably cost more than the actual item. Whoever did this part was first class.

    I got one of these as a gift and so far I've enjoyed it tremendously. Everything came beautifully packed in the box and the instructions were super clear on both how to set up the device and how to take care of it so you get birds to come to it. The camera itself is built like a brick, which makes it easy to insert and remove from the feeder itself, and the images so far are crystal clear. The feeder also feels super sturdy and the provided cup for loading the feed is very useful, as are the rails on the rear door that guide the seeds in. I mounted it using the metal hanger which holds it up just fine and is very easy to remove for taking it down. You can feel how much effort went into making a simple yet profoundly elegant device.

    The app is the same story: the device paired with almost no input from me and it just worked pretty much out of the box. The UI is sleek and refined while avoiding looking techbro-cliché, which is a very welcome change of pace in an increasingly appified world. For turbo-nerds like me, it also works great in Home Assistant, using a custom integration from the HA Community Store. I wish we could get an official integration someday!

    Very impressed with this device overall, what a lovely present! Definitely looking forward to seeing more from Bird Buddy.

    I love the Bird Buddy allows me to see birds, even if I’m not home. Camera quality is excellent easy to fill and clean
    The only issue I have is that it sometimes miss identifies birds. Recommended to anyone who loves washing, birds, eat, and exist.
