I would like it much better if it had 4 glass sides to it other than the 2 sides. It works well but the fire tends to get higher than the glass and if the wind kicks up a little, the fire tends to blow out the side a little.
I do like the ambiance and the stones. It's a snap to put together. I use a fire mat under it since the medal will get warm/hot, just to be safe. It was a good price. I purchased a 2nd one as a gift for my son.
