    This is one of the best portable heaters, and great brand I use it in my hunting blind on low and a 1 lb propane tank lasts about 4.5 hrs. I like that it ticks back and it cools down pretty quickly! For the price it’s above and beyond, way more bang for your buck. The safety features are pretty good but as always be SELF AWARE IT IS A PROPANE HEATER, the guard does get very HOT!!! I can’t say it enough this 18,000 BTU HEAT HOG WORKS AMAZING!!!! I definitely recommend this!!!!!!!!!! P.S. I also like it stores a second tank in the back. It’s super easy to light and operate!

    Keep in mind, this is in California in December, so cold is anything below 65. At 50 degrees, it feels like we are in life threatening conditions.
    Bought this for the stands during soccer games this winter. It has been fantastic. Other soccer parents are jealous, which was the goal. Ended up buying a second one for the girls on the sidelines. Might have to buy a third because my wife and son confiscated it for themselves last game.

    I bought the heater to use in a deer blind and it will not stand up. It falls over so I was unable to use it. I tried to return it but I was told it is not returnable product.

    Heated my enclosed trailer pretty good the first time used when out hunting but didn't seem as effective after that. Still heats but takes a lot longer to warm the place up.

    Bought this for my Motorcycle shed witch is a 12x20 don't take very long to heat up and I'm turning down or off. Very pleased with the product.

    It's a big unit, I use it to hear my 120sq ft shed in cold months when smoking a cigar at night. Will use a small tank in about 3 hrs...I adapted to use a 20lb tank, it thros a ton of heat. Access to the interior plumbing if you need to service anything is great ( unlike the Mr. Buddy heaters, where you have to disassemble the unit for access).
