    The thermometer is just what I wanted. It has three sensors that easily connected to the master in the house. The sensor provide accurate temperature and humidity from each of their different location. The master unit can be used with batteries, but I plugged it into a wall outlet - which allows the face light to always remain on for easy quick reading. I've only had it in use for 4 weeks, but it has worked without issue. One sensor is in a green house; one in the garage, and the third is reading outside temperature. I recommend this product.

    This seems to be exactly as described. The display screen is small and easy to read. I ordered this to monitor the temps of my chicken coop versus outside. It was really easy to set up and I believe it to be accurate. I will likely set up the sensor for low temps to let me know if more heat is needed as winter progresses. To save yourself the confusion, install the batteries in the sensors before turning on/putting batteries in the display, I did it backwards and they didn't connect initially. Affordable and perfect for what we needed.

    Can't validate battery life of transmitters but they use 2 AA batteries compared to most remotes that use 2 AAA instead which should increase battery life. However, there is a trade-off because the transmit interval is around 30 seconds vs. 60-90 seconds for other remotes. The base unit has a 5V DC input so it can be used with a standard USB charger allowing the back light to be on continuously without draining the batteries (3 AAA).
    The greatest feature of the transmitters (remotes) is they work on what appears to be their own 'frequency' (and/or 'serial number' logging) and do not conflict with other brands of sensors. (Most brands share the same frequency & channel assignments. If 2 different brands both transmit their data at about the same time, the base unit gets confused and starts displaying the wrong transmitter's data instead.) My base unit has yet to lose the 'connection' with any of these transmitters nor has it connected to any of the 3 other sets I use).
    The base unit has a selectable alarm for each transmitter (zone) if the temp and/or humidity exceeds the user settable limits. The alarm is loud enough to catch your attention but not enough to wake you or be heard at a distance. Also, the alarm stops after about 30-60 seconds but the corresponding display will continue to flash as long as the value remains out of range. If the temp goes back to within the set limits, the display will go back to normal. It would be nice if there was an indicator to show that it had been out of range such as when used in a refrigerator.
    There are trend indicators on the base unit but seem to be too 'sensitive' to minor variations. The temp could drop from 34.1 to 33.9 and it might display a 'downward' trend. (I'm not sure of it's algorithm but I think it could use a bit of tweaking and use a larger time sampling.)
    As with almost all sensors, the humidity range is from 20% to 100%. (However, there are some sensors that will measure below 20% - this base unit would display those, if it could track them.)
    I use this set for my regular refrigerator (both main & freezer areas) and my chest deep freeze and it works great.

    Everything works great, super simple to set up. Just put batteries and everything and turn it on and you're ready to go. All three sensors read within .2 degrees of each other which is amazing considering the low cost of this item. The temperature readings seem pretty accurate compared to a few other items I have that read temperatures such as my Nest thermostat and my temperature gun. The indoor temperature is also very accurate compared to my thermostat. The humidity readings seem accurate compared to the weather app on my phone and my Nest thermostat in the house. Since I use my garage for food storage I have one of the sensors out there and it has no problem with signal with the main unit which is about 30 ft away through a steel door and a interior wall. One of the sensors is in my backyard and the other is on my front porch and they also have no problem with signal connection. The only reason for four stars instead of five is the off-axis viewing angle of the display is not good. I have it on a shelf and if I'm sitting on my couch which is about 2 ft lower than the shelf which is about 6 ft away it's almost impossible to read the display as it's very washed out at that angle. But the display is bright on its brightest setting and still readable on the lower setting. The fact that it plugs in to any USB power source is very convenient also. The display is easily readable from 10 to 15 ft away as long as you're not at too much of an angle. Overall I'm pretty happy with this for the price I paid. It's just a simple temperature/humidity sensor which is all I really wanted. The little arrows showing the trims are there, but I don't use them or even pay attention to them so I really can't comment on those. If you're looking for something simple like this that just works and is priced very well, I would recommend it to anyone.

    Bought this so we can monitor the outside temperature and the temperature from inside our greenhouse from the comfort of home. Works great and even shows humidity. Good quality product.
