    I used this last night to measure and cut my cinnamon rolls! It was amazing. It cleans up very easily. I love the fact that it has a ruler on one side. It fits easy in the hand and is nice and sharp. An excellent baking tool. I highly recommend it.

    I needed one specifically for cutting pasta and pastry dough. This one will do that and possibly more. The quality is on the better side and I'm sure with proper care and cleaning, it will last longer than others. The markings (measurements) are nice and may come in handy. But I suspect when covered with flour and dough will be difficult to use/see. The width is pretty much standard, and the blade is thick enough to withstand hard use. The blade's edge is obviously sharper so as to cut through cooked dough (pizza, etc.). Nice to have, useable, functional, practical, excellent tool to have in one's cooking drawer. If you have it you will most likely use it and you won't be disappointed.

    I don’t think it’s absolutely necessary to have but after using a butter knife to cut my sourdough buns, I figure I should finally purchase a bench knife???? This one has a comfortable hold with the wooden handle at the top and effectively cuts the dough. I make bread/buns/rolls 2-3 times a week and I reach for this product every time. I’m really glad I finally got one just to make my life easier. It’s easy to wash and has held up well.
