    These tablets are smaller in diameter than the standard Clorox bromine tablets that I have been using in my floating dispenser. They still fit inside the dispenser, but if size is a big issue for you, double check the tablet dimensions before you purchase. The active ingredients are exactly the same as other bromine tablets. All the tablets in the container were whole when it arrived, the container was in good condition, and the lid locks well and opens similarly to other tablet containers.

    This arrived quickly and with the tablets in good shape. One of the issues that you sometimes come across with bromine or chlorine tablets is that bits of them get chipped off as they bang against each other in transit, leaving a bunch of bits at the bottom. From what I can see, they arrived intact.

    The tablets are a standard size, and when I compared Bromiguard to the competition, of which I've used many, the price seems a little bit better for something that is the same product.

    I put one of these in my inflatable hot tub 2 days ago. I use one tablet at a time in the dispenser, which lasts, more or less, about a week of keeping the water clean when I combine it with a regular shock treatment (as well as regularly hosing the filters). I will update this if for any reason the long term use of these is problematic, but so far they are exactly doing what I expect them to do.

    We've had great results so far sanitizing our spa with these bromine tablets.

    Likes:
    - Convenient dosing: About 1 tablet per 100 gallons per week, depending on use and filter maintenance.
    - Good value (as of this review).
    - Long lasting. Especially with a floating dispenser.
    - Resealable container doesn't leak.

    Dislikes:
    - There was some loose powder from the tablets tumbling during shipping.

    Notes:
    - Make sure to handle these types of concentrated chemicals with care. Do not get on skin or breathe in any of the dust. Wear gloves at least, if not a fitted N95 mask plus eye protection, to be safe.
    - Pellets require slightly different usage than powders due to their slow dissolving: It takes longer to get dissolved, as intended, so you may need more product and/or time to reach initial levels.
    - Always use test strips to ensure your pH and bromine concentrations are in the right range.

    I use bromine in my hot tub and these tablets work very well in my floater. I like the shape better than the oblong ones, which in my opinion break easier and dissolve faster. These arrived intact and the canister was completely full. I realize that they are sold by weight but when the canister is less full, it typically indicates breakage. I didn't dump these out to check breakage but did not observe any breakage. If I discover a high break rate as I use them, I will update.

    If you have a pool or a spa, these tablets are a must for keeping your water clean and clear. These tablets come in a large tube and you can separate them out and add them to your pool in the amount you want. Some of the tablets were broken and crumbling a bit when I opened the tube, but for the most part they stayed intact. Other than the broken/chipped tablets these seem to come intact.

    These are perfect for my spa to keep the water at the correct chlorine level. Easy to add and easy to adjust the amount of tablets you want in your float.

    I got these for my hot tub! They work very well. I put them in 2 different dispensers that float around in the hot tub. Smell isn't too strong but keeps the bromine levels at right level. They dissolve alot slower than other brands which is a good thing.

    Pro Tip: When opening a container like this, hold on to the very TOP part of the cannister, and then squeeze and twist open the lid. Tablets like this can easily be crushed if you squeeze the softer parts of the container.
