    It was packaged well. The salt bag was inside a woven type plastic bag with a zip lock closure. It kept the salt dry and was able to open the salt bag inside the shipping bag keeping spills contained.

    I just tried out this ice melt on tonight snow we received this side of town. It melted the remaining snow really fast. I just ordered two more bags and will come back for more. Just a heads up be careful not to mistake the package as trash like I did.
