I've been using this hose for a few months and it makes watering my plants much more pleasant. No kinks. No heavy hose to drag around. Very easy to wind up when I'm done.
A few days ago my hose had a break internally. I'm not sure of the cause. It happened in the midst of a heatwave so that may be related. In any event, I contacted the company to ask about a warranty. They responded almost immediately (on a Sunday), and after a nice and quick back-and-forth, they sent a replacement. That replacement arrived within a few days.
In the future I will probably bring the hose in when the temperature peaks to ~100F or so. You do want to be sure to always let the hose drain and put it away nicely when finished. And I plan to bring it in for winter as well. It's much easier to do these things relative to my other hoses because of how lightweight and maneuverable the hose is.
So as long as you understand the differences between this and a traditional hose, I highly recommend this style and I very much recommend this brand because of how good my support experience was with this company.
