    Product seems to work and does what it is supposed to do which is melt snow and ice. My issue is with shipping and packing. Both bottles of snow melt tops unscrewed during shipping and half of the pellets were in the box and on the ground because they fell out of the box. Please ensure that your tops are on tightly and secure before shipping them in the future.
