    This cooler has been used as my lunch box for the last few months. Keeps two freezer packs frozen all day in the FL heat. Holds all my food and snacks and multiple drinks. The latches are holding up great, so far no complaints with this purchase. Would buy again

    Like an insulated make-up case. Love the color, love the size, keeps things cold like a conventional cooler should (don't expect roto mold cold). Used them as captains boxes on my raft, loved having the "dry" on one side and the beer fridge on the other. Functional, more sturdy then I expected with all plastic construction, and of course stylish. I'd buy again.

    I had never heard of Engle before buying this lunchbox, and I can't fathom why? It's fantastic! I'd have to agree that this is the most versatile and perfectly conceived lunch box ever.

    I work construction and I appreciate how it's built like a toolbox, yet watertight and insulated. I replaced my VERY old Igloo 6-pack cooler. Although the igloo did last a long time, it was never good at keeping food and drink cold. Also, it did not clean well and looked pretty nasty.

    I like the larger size of this Engle, because I no longer have to play Tetris trying to get my lunch packed in the morning. On hot summer days where I may want an extra drink or two, I can now easily accommodate them. It's professional looking and I've had several clients comment on how they liked it.

    I also kayak and intend on taking this cooler since it is also a drybox and water tight.

    The price point of this lunchbox is extremely reasonable when you compare it to some of the other coolers nowadays. A Yeti this size would probably be $200 and no better aesthetically or functionally.

    After reading a lot of the reviews on this cooler I thought I would chime in. The cooler so far after 4 days of use seems pretty good. I felt like it could be more robust from an appearance, only time will tell. Two days of trying frozen gel packs that don’t freeze all the way wasn’t very useful using this cooler. I had this in a semi with no a/c for a day and the outside temp was 92 and it did okay. That day and from now on I use a Nordic ice pack, which is a frozen block and a freezer gel pack I get from Schwann’s/Melo. It kept things cold. That’s the best method for this box otherwise you will have barely cool items. I’ve seen some comments on the strap. It’s pretty sturdy although the buckle doesn’t have teeth for the strap to bind, it will slip right apart. Workaround is bring the tail end back over the top and loop it back. I took a pic of mine and it holds like no other. Two months of harvest among us and I will update after it gets abused.

    Ordered the 13qt to replace a soft cooler I used as a lunch box. This thing is awesome! Super light, smooth surface that’s easy to clean. Can hold a days lunch/snacks/beverages with ease. The carry handle built in to the lid is a bonus. If there is any complaint, the strap is a bit minimal. No padding or anything to make shoulder carrying easier. It’s honestly not bad but I wish they maybe sold a fancier strap maybe as a separate item. Not enough to subtract a star in my opinion. Super durable, heavy duty latches are killer, bonus dry container to elevate and keep items dry is also a plus. This cooler is well made, I use a lunch box everyday and this thing is worth the money.

    I purchased this cooler for bait, after my old bait cooler turned over in my back seat, spilling water on the seat of my truck after a fishing trip. I spent a lot of time and effort cleaning my seats and decided that this cannot happen again. The cooler truly leak proof. Keeps ice like a really pricy Yeti, or some other brands. Very impressed!
