If you are looking for an easy way to shred chicken then this is it! So easy and cleans up quickly. Will definitely buy more for gifts. Size of the product is prefect to fit any size chicken breast, definitely worth what I paid and more. The product Suctions down to the flat surface and does not move while using the product. Made with a very sturdy material and give your a speedy chicken shred.

In my household, we make a lot of shredded meat dishes! Beef, Pork and Chicken so far have shred fast and super simple to use! So far we have found that it is easy to clean - top rack dishwasher safe! One thing I've found to be a frustrating obstacle is getting ALL of the meat off the prongs...but maybe a silicone brush will work on getting the delicious morsals of left behind meat...!?!?

One of the best Amazon purchases I’ve made. I previously bought the “claw” meat shredder which works better than forks but only shreds in strips. This is so much easier and you can shred the meat very fine which works great for buffalo chicken dip. I’ve only used this for chicken so far but I love it and clean up is a breeze in the dishwasher.

If you want to shed your protein, like chicken,pork, corned beef, roast beef or ham, stop digging in your drawer for those sharp large shredding claws that Stab you and take up all that room. Ditch those and ditch the forks that take muscle to shed your meat. This little gadget is a Heavenly time saver with a swivel left and right, it's shredded perfectly right. Effortlessly and quickly. Clean up is a breeze flip it over into your bowl or dish and tap it out. Use a scrub brush, soapy running water and BAM, you're done!

I do love this thing.
It shreds meat so quickly and effortlessly. The rubber base keeps it from moving as it spins and shreds.
I've shredded chicken and pot roast. Both times, it did well.
Usage-
You just put the meat on the disc, put the cover on and spin it. It does all the work.
Although some areas of the disc (let's just call it that,) the meat doesn't get shredded as well as the rest.
It seems to just get stuck behind a spike and sit there. You just gotta move the meat over a bit and it'll catch the spikes and shred. Then again, the piece isn't even that big so you probably won't even notice an piece that's a little bit bigger than the rest. I might just be nit picky.

Cleaning-
I am not a fan of this part. So meat has grease on it. It comes with a brush (useless one, at that.)
My faucet luckily has a high pressure fan spray mode and the water gets hot. I am usually left with a greasy residue where the meat goes, since the spikes get in the way of cleaning. It's just hard to clean those areas.

Overall, this device has saved me hours. I don't regret buying it since I do shred a lot of meat for my meals. (Birria pot roast for tacos and chicken.)

I find if you cut the chicken into chunks it works better than trying to get it started with a whole chicken breast. Once you get it going you get your shredded chicken fast and perfectly shredded. It’s easy to clean. The grippers on the bottom make it stable while shredding.

WHERE has this been all my life? I can’t believe how easy it makes it to shred cooked chicken breast. I haven’t yet used it for other meats but I plan too. The nice features of this particular shredder are the clear top and the “sticky” bottom. With just a few twists an entire breast is ready for tacos or chicken salad. It’s super nice to be able to watch the progress so over shredding doesn’t happen. And the bottom is rubber or some other material that keeps the shredder from slipping and sliding all over the counter. This is my second purchase so that my daughter can have one too. Don’t hesitate to purchase!
