Haven’t used yet, but wanted to share my customer service experience. Product came from Amazon opened and missing cartridges. Clearly Amazon sent me a return as the bottom of the box was fully cut off and parts (missing) were scattered around the shipping box. Contacted Thermocell and within minutes they rectified the problem. You can buy with confidence that this company stands by their customers.

I assume you know what you are getting, since you are clicking on refills. These are a bunch of refills in a box. Has both the pads and the butane canisters. It does not have the Thermacell unit, if that's what you are looking for. As refills, these work fine.

I found a new use. Got invited to outdoor dining at a restaurant. Put my Thermacell on the table and had no problem with mosquitoes the entire time we were there.

I purchased the thermal cell repellent device and needed additional cartridges to fuel the device. I like the small size of the device. Living in Iowa mosquitoes are just part of being outside in the summer. I use this on my small backyard patio and it works very well for me. The refill cartridges last about three and a half hours. It says the cartridges should last 4 hours but after using it six or seven times I have yet to reach 4 hours of relief. It allows me to eat supper outside without being bothered by mosquitoes and the cartridges are small, compact, and work for me.

Just wanted to let everyone know that this works to repel mosquitos better than anything else I have ever used. I was convinced of the efficacy of this product at a baseball game. It was approaching dusk and the mosquitos were so rampant that I literally was missing the ballgame trying to avoid getting bitten. I was also using bug spray at the time when a friend brought one of these Thermacell units over and placed it at our feet. 10-15 minutes later, the mosquitos completely DISAPPEARED! I bought three of these that day and have been using them since. Just know that it works much better when the air is still as it literally provides an barrier around you that is less effective when windy but on the other hand, mosquitos are less likely to swarm when it is windy anyway. Thermacell has worked for me better than any other product to repel mosquitos.

Thermalcell works great as long as there is no air moving. But that is how it's designed. Within 5mins all Pest are out of area. Just wish it would eliminate them too.

This stuff works fabulous. I can even just set it in my garden when I’m gonna go out and weed and by the time I 10 minutes is up I can weed in 15 foot perimeter without any deet on.

These things work! if you've never tried one you need to. I use them camping, fishing & hunting too as they also sell an earth scented one. We also use them at home on the deck and everyone who comes over is amazed how well they actually work. Works on flies too.
