    We have been using these for 2 summers now and they are easy to put into your skimmer, catch all of the small things that a basket doesn’t catch like pollen, it’s easy to pull out and hose down to keep clean and reuse multiple times, it really worked well and kept our filter running much more smoothly.

    I initially came across these after seeing someone talk about them on a above ground pool page I follow. Bought them for my skimmer basket, as pollen/fine particles just go right through and I wanted to remove them from my pool completely. If you use it in the skimmer basket, make sure you keep an eye on it. As the sock collects debris, it will prevent the water from flowing through as easily and you don't want your pump to run dry, which could damage it. So after a day, we took the sock out. It is completely fine and does a wonderful job, but I just was afraid we would forget about it and have issues. I still use the socks, but I put them over the filter of my robotic vacuum and my hand held pool vacuum. This way they are used while cleaning the pool, and I just remove when done. I have heard you can throw them in the wash, but I just toss em. I also use them at the end of my hose when filling the pool. We have well water. So when I need to top off the pool, I tie a sock at the end of the hose and fill. When done, it's pretty impressive the amount of rust/debris that would have ended up in my pool! I just started using them this year, but will continue to use, as I vacuum and/or fill at least once a week.
    My pool has stayed cleaner this year than in most years past, and I attribute it to these skimmer socks.

    I was going to buy pantyhose to try to catch at least some of the dog hair (who knew they would swim more than I??) but looked on Amazon and saw these. Easy to use, an economic option, and absolutely effective. One of my best pool care finds.

    Love these. They are great to trap all those particles that would normally go through to your filter. Helps keep algea from getting to pump and back into pool. Super easy to put on and washable

    I recently stumbled upon the WISHDIAM 40 Pack Pool Skimmer Socks after purchasing several expensive cartridge filters for my pool on Amazon. These skimmer socks were recommended, and I decided to give them a shot, hoping they might help extend the life of my costly cartridge filters. And what a pleasant surprise they turned out to be!

    These little socks work wonders. They capture an impressive amount of debris, including algae, and have kept my pool water crystal clear. What's even more remarkable is that I haven't seen a single drop in PSI with my cartridge filter since I started using them.

    The only downside is that they do need frequent replacement, especially when dealing with a lot of pollen and daily cleaning. However, I've found a cost-effective workaround by rinsing them out, which extends the life of one sock to almost a month or possibly even longer.

    For anyone looking to maintain a clean and clear pool without constantly replacing expensive cartridge filters, these WISHDIAM Pool Skimmer Socks are a fantastic solution. They've certainly saved me both time and money, and I couldn't be happier with their performance.

    Glad we purchased these, especially on the days right after mowing. These do a really good job of catching some of the finer things floating on the surface. They are just a little tight putting them on, but they need to be so that they stay in place. Very handy being able to just unwrap from the skimmer and toss in the trash.
